Stay was great! Home very close to town but in a woodsy setting so you had the best of both worlds: town amenities and natural surroundings. Host was very welcoming and accessible. Provided lots of helpful information Condition of the property was pristine.

This is our 4th (maybe 5th) time staying at what my kids call "The round house". The location, cleanliness and personality of this home can not be beat in Brevard. Whenever we stay here (either for the Banff Music Fest in the spring or Mountain Song in the fall) we make sure to walk to the farmers market on Saturday. Whether we are venturing to the toy store mid day or wandering to dinner after dark, we have always felt safe in the neighborhood. The house has consistently been clean upon arrival and the home owner is very reachable with any questions we might have. I highly recommend this home any day of the year except for the Banff festival and Mountain Song because I'll be staying there!

True Magic

We look forward to our stay at this great home every summer when we spend the weekend in. Brevard to drop our daughter at camp. It is the perfect location, just a block off of Main St, but somehow feels like you’re in the middle of the woods. Luanne, the owner, is always available for questions and even goes so far as to leave fresh cookies from the local bakery. Highly recommended!!

Close to downtown, fishing, blue ridge parking, postal. Go see the white squirrels at brevard college. Great rental and owner.

Ok, this home was absolutely fantastic!!! Very close to downtown and most of the hiking trails!We were welcomed with a wonderful arrangement of cookies from the local bakery….. they were delicious. We will certainly be staying here again!!!

Another Excellent Stay!

Excellent once again! Luanne is the best Host ever! She overdid herself again with special touches we all appreciated. This home is beautiful & in the best neighborhood close to EVERYTHING! Totally enjoyed it all. Were there once again for Brevard’s Christmas Twilight Tour including wonderful parade!

Perfect Spot to Enjoy Brevard

We love this house! We’ve been coming to Brevard every summer for 5 years to drop off our children at camp and are so glad to have found this place. It’s our second time staying here, and we plan to stay again as long as we keep coming. It’s just a block off of the Main Street so walkable to great shopping and restaurants, and an easy drive to Pisgah for beautiful hikes and waterfalls. Luanne, the homeowner, is easily accessible and even left us a huge box of fresh cookies from the local bakery—above and beyond! You will not be disappointed!

Stunning design and layout

We were in walking distance to anything downtown-next to courthouse yet tucked away and private with living room windows in treetops. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of soap shampoo detergent and condiments. Very comfy beds. Host made sure we had everything we needed and brought bakery cookies. Thank you -

The perfect home for us on a motorcycle trip

We made an epic motorcycle journey from Brevard County Florida to the city of Brevard North Carolina and needed the perfect house to stay in. Mid-Century Magic was it. The motorcycle was protected under the overhang and the paved driveway made maneuvering a breeze. Since the house is close to town, we could walk in and out easily. But even though it was in a populated area, the trees behind the house gave us a lot of privacy and it was very peaceful. Here are my favorite things about the house: Kitchen: Plenty of everything and thanks to people who leave salt, pepper, etc. Living room: The view, the balcony. The big screen TV is nice though we couldn’t figure out how to get all the channels but maybe they’re not all available. I logged into Netflix and we were fine. The remotes are easy to operate. Bathrooms: Both are large and functional and lots of storage space in the one for all my girly stuff Bedrooms: Comfy beads, heavy light-blocking curtains, lots of pillows including very flat ones, my favorite. Plenty of clothes storage areas and hangers. Yes! Enough hangers! There were plenty of towels and linens, the house was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Our host Luanne answered all our questions and provided an excellent guest info book and guest info PDF for us before our arrival date. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Truly the best rental in Brevard!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it once again proved to be a highlight of our trip. We visit Brevard every year for the Banff film festival and we do a fair amount of biking while we visit. This house is an easy walk to all the stores and restaurants down town. It is an easy jump on a bike to the amazing Brevard greenway. We look forward to this weekend every year and this house just makes the adventure weekend absolutely perfect! An interesting home itself in the best location you can find.

Tucked away gem

We had a great stay! This house is centrally located to everywhere and we explored the town. The only thing my kids would have liked were tvs in the rooms. Loved it though and it was very relaxing!

Today, I call the beautiful Pisgah Forest home, where I spend my time chasing waterfalls and uplifting others. Having rented homes across the globe, I now find deep joy in hosting guests in my own spaces. Each property is designed to offer a thoughtful, soul-nourishing experience—whether you're seeking rest, inspiration, or a spark of adventure. My goal is simple: to make your stay something truly special.

If you are looking for a clean, beautifully appointed vacation home, this property is for you. It has all of the amenities that would expect in a fine hotel and all of the comforts of home.
