5 minute walk to downtown Brevard and all it has to offer: local shops, galleries, restaurants, breweries, and cafes. Brevard College is directly across the street, perfect for those looking to attend athletic/cultural events, tour campus or to visit their favorite student. Bike anywhere in town, using the Brevard Bike Path and bike lanes throughout City Limits.
Outdoor bike rack available on the exterior of the home to allow for easy storage. 8 min drive to Pisgah National Forest/Davidson River and 20 min drive to DuPont State Forest. 7 min drive to Oskar Blues Taproom, Ecusta Brewing, and Brevard Music Center. This home has all of the comforts necessary after a long day enjoying the beautiful western NC mountains: spacious bedrooms on the second level, master suite on the main floor, open concept kitchen/living area with all stainless steel appliances. Relax in the backyard with a Blackstone grill, firepit (firewood/kindling provided), and picnic table. Perfect for a mountain getaway in one of America's Coolest Small Towns!

The house was amazing! - - as advertised! Very clean and everything seemed new. Excellent location. We were able to walk to downtown Brevard for all meals and shopping. Wish we had more days to explore the many other downtown spots we missed.

We love this place, have stayed here a number of times, and will continue to stay here in the future. The location (essentially downtown) is great The unit is very nice and the neighbors are friendly. Fall colors are gorgeous

We had another amazing stay at the Hideaway this year. This house is immaculate and we felt very much at home here. So close to downtown Brevard, we could walk to grab a coffee in the morning or enjoy some evening drinks as we strolled through the shops. Though we didn't get to take advantage of the fire pit this year, we appreciate that there was wood available for us! The owner is always quick to respond to questions. We have already booked a week for next year!

Great place for experiencing Brevard

Great house and fantastic location. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Easy drive to sights and could walk to downtown and restaurants. Highly recommend the Blind Mule and Bohemian restaurants, great dinner and drinks at both of these places. Pisgah Bake house has great coffee and goodies. Only negative is could not connect to WiFi, five of us tried and pw did not work.

Wonderful place!

We loved staying here! Being close to town was perfect, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The fire pit area is nice, and in warmer weather it would be a nice spot to have lunch or dinner on the picnic table. Just be warned, the hill leading up to town is no joke! We absolutely would stay here again!

Mom’s Weekend Away

We were two moms, looking for a quiet weekend away and this house was just what we needed. We had a wonderful stay. House was well equipped and had everything we needed. Great location, close to downtown, and waterfalls. We even looked for a white squirrel! Will definitely book again.

Great 3BR 2BA retreat within easy walk of downtown Brevard

New property, clean and comfortable. Allowed us room to spread out while in easy walking proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, bookstore and boutique shopping. Fun hikes within easy drive. Stocked with the minimal disposables, owner did a good job communicating what to expect.

We were impressed when we stayed here in June. We returned in December due to local business and knew we would stay here again. Great location, quiet, very clean, all the comforts we need. Responsive host. We only used one of the three bedrooms but all were equally charming. We will be staying here again in the near future.

I was born and raised in Brevard, NC and have such an appreciation/love for Western North Carolina. Though I have since moved and explored other parts of the country/world, Brevard still holds a very special place in my heart. Owning a piece of this very special and beautiful community, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, has always been a goal of mine.

The central location of this property is perfect for a mountain getaway where you want a mix of the town and outdoor adventures. You are within easy driving access to the 50% of Transylvania County covered in parklands, but have the ability to walk to downtown and to Brevard College.

The space
This has all the comforts of home to relax after enjoying a long day in the Pisgah National Forest or Blue Ridge Mountains. There are spacious bedrooms on the second level, master suite on the main floor, open concept kitchen/living area with all stainless steel appliances. Unwind in the backyard with a Blackstone grill, firepit (firewood/kindling provided), and picnic table. Bike anywhere in town, using the Brevard Bike Path and bike lanes throughout City Limits (outdoor bike rack available on the exterior of the home to allow for easy storage).
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the home. Entry to the home is accessible through the smart keypad lock on the front door.
Other things to note
Centrally located to enjoy all Brevard's amenities by walking or bike. Easy driving access to enjoy Brevard/Transylvania County's parklands. Enjoy the outdoors in morning and venture to town in the evening!

National/State Forest Parks:
- 8 min drive to Pisgah National Forest/Davidson River
