Everything was seamless, from check-in to departure. Loved (!) the less than 2 minute walk to the beach and not having to worry about finding parking. The condo was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Good location to beach. Heavy Construction!

We were a little surprised by the ongoing construction in this complex. Be aware that you will be staying in an active construction zone. The unit was fine, very small bathroom and the kitchen was a little tired. No oven or dishwasher. The owner seemed to care about the unit and the renters. Also, linens and towels need a refresh. All in all it was an OK place for 2 people to stay.

Not a pleasant stay for the price

Property was very outdated. Tv remote damaged, outdoor furniture rusted bad, smell of mold/flood damage. Not happy.

Beautiful area

The place was clean. We were told about 6 weeks prior to our visit that the pool would be ready. It wasn't. I was told still waiting on city to inspect and sign off. Two of the screens on the patio were torn. One morning there was a knock on the door and there was a crew that came to paint the patio. I would think that could have been scheduled better. The owner said she wasn't aware of this. She did issue a small credit for the inconvenience.
