Summary:
Your home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in one of Las Vegas older, more established areas, known for its unique character and local charm. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, parties are not allowed, and gatherings outside the property are not permitted during quiet hours (9PM - 7AM)

Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

Please note, this is Non-Smoking house, there is a designated smoking area outside; If House Rules are violated it will result in cancellation of reservation without reimbursement.

Please note: Cancellations eligible for a full refund (7+ days before arrival) are subject to a 10% processing fee (based on the amount paid) due to third-party payment processing costs, which are non-refundable.

The Space:
Welcome to your new home! Whether for business or pleasure we hope you enjoy Las Vegas!

This 800 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room and both bedrooms.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

You are 9 mins from Fremont (Old Vegas), 14 mins from the stratosphere, 15 mins from the Convention Center, 16 mins from the T-Mobile Arena (Las Vegas Knights Hockey), 17 mins from the Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Raiders Football), 25 mins from the airport and 14 mins from the ACTION! (Las Vegas Strip)

The Neighborhood:
You and your guest are located in a quiet neighbourhood. There will be NO PARTIES allowed and NO GATHERINGS outside the property. Please respect your neighbours and treat the home as it is your own.

Uber and Lyft are a popular method of transportation use in the city at a very affordable cost ($10 - $15) download the app and it will guide you through the process quickly.

It was the perfect size for myself and my mom to getaway. Everything we needed for the kitchen was available. It felt open and spacious. I was concerned when I drove up, but the inside made it worth it. Parking was never an issue. It's close enough to the strip but also far enough to get some down time. I would stay here again!!

The parking was so close to the property and we felt the area was safe but I understand why someone said the area was sketchy its off a Main Street so there was trash in the sidewalk. Positives it was clean immaculately clean the area was quiet the heater worked fine the bed was comfortable and the sleep sofa was convenient

We booked this place for EDC weekend so the price was definitely much higher than normal. On top of that we paid extra to check in an hour early and the first thing we saw was ants in the kitchen. I messaged the host and the cleaning service came to spray within a few hours. But that did not help and the ants got worse as our stay progressed. The apartment is fitted with cheap furniture and nothing seemed “finished”. The entire countertop lifted up in the kitchen. The bathmat slips and I actually slipped and bruised myself the last day getting in. A plus was the bed was very comfortable. We were also a little ticked we couldn’t lower the ac as much as we wanted due to the home mode. There was only street parking, but we didn’t have any issues getting a close spot. Upon reviewing the receipt, we were charged for an “extra” person; however, the listing states sleeps four and I had said three travelers. Also if you’re going to charge for early check in/late check out, state that on the listing. The binder in the apartment stated free early check in/late check out upon request.

We’re glad to hear the bed was comfortable and that you were able to find convenient street parking throughout your stay. Regarding the ants, we responded right away and had the unit treated the same day. We also identified the entry points, sealed the openings, and addressed the issue at the source. The situation has since been fully resolved. We appreciate you sharing the other concerns as well. The kitchen countertop and bathmat will be inspected to ensure everything is secure and safe for future guests. For the AC system, the thermostat is set due to past guests damaging the unit. If a preferred temperature is needed, guests are always welcome to message us and we are happy to adjust it. Regarding the additional guest charge, our pricing includes 2 guests, with an additional fee applied for guests 3 and 4 as indicated in the pricing details. Early check-in and late check-out are listed in the property information and are available upon request and subject to availability, as they depend on same-day cleaning schedules and occupancy levels. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the space for future guests.

Solo trip for soccer tournament

The unit was exactly as listed. It was perfect for me; I had to take work with me, was able to set up my entire work station at the kitchen table. WiFi was reliable and was able to get my work done. I was less than excited about the neighborhood but I did feel safe inside the unit.
