Regarding the ants, we responded right away and had the unit treated the same day. We also identified the entry points, sealed the openings, and addressed the issue at the source. The situation has since been fully resolved. We appreciate you sharing the other concerns as well. The kitchen countertop and bathmat will be inspected to ensure everything is secure and safe for future guests. For the AC system, the thermostat is set due to past guests damaging the unit. If a preferred temperature is needed, guests are always welcome to message us and we are happy to adjust it. Regarding the additional guest charge, our pricing includes 2 guests, with an additional fee applied for guests 3 and 4 as indicated in the pricing details. Early check-in and late check-out are listed in the property information and are available upon request and subject to availability, as they depend on same-day cleaning schedules and occupancy levels.
