The house was amazing. Super clean and had all we could hope for. I felt at times the response from management was, at bit slow. And when I finally spoke to them, I felt like they were a defensive. (I had standing water in the sink for almost 3 days and couldn’t run the dishwasher from Monday evening til Thursday at 11am when the repairman came. . It also took 2 days to get an email response on a cleaner request). But both were not a big deal and we still loved our stay.
A few other comments: One of the lounge chairs ripped through on the first day we sat on it, not replaced the entire month of our stay, but again, not a big deal, we had 3 others.
The dishwasher may need some type of cleaning, it’s kinda stinky, but worked fine.
TVs could be updated. Family room not high def or maybe just older and kinda blurry, bedroom TVs are smart TVs but small and didn’t have cable in all a few of the bedrooms.
Last, the WiFi was a huge challenge for 8 ppl doing virtual school and work. But we purchased hot spots for our cell phones and that worked.
All in all, we absolutely loved the house and had an amazing time...
