Stay in a stunning, newly built, 4-bedroom modern home conveniently located in the Isle of Capri section of Naples and minutes from Marco Island. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed, this phenomenal property offers a spacious and cozy retreat for guests looking to enjoy the island lifestyle. Relax in either the interior of the home, which covers 3,000 square feet, the outdoor pool and lanai area, which covers another 800 square feet of living space, or the second-floor outdoor balcony, which totals over 600 square feet. The home amenities include a heated pool and spa with plenty of outdoor living space, Wi-Fi, and a second-floor outdoor deck with water views where the sun shines from sunrise to sunset. The relaxing island lifestyle includes 3 great restaurants within walking distance, two boat & fishing marinas, plenty of bicycle paths, and a paddle park for boards and kayaks. The home is less than 10 minutes from Marco Island and its beaches and 25 minutes from the shopping in downtown Naples. The stunning home has all the comforts needed for one or two families.

Three weeks is a long time to stay in someone's home, and every single day was a pleasure in this beautiful house in Naples. We loved the location in the Isles of Capri, which are secluded and quiet. The pool and spa were the highlight of the property, and we enjoyed ourselves every day. The appliances were new, the beds were soft and comfortable, the dishes and kitchenware were immaculate, and the amenities were wonderful. Marco Island is lots of fun for shopping, going to the beach, or playing Trivia at Paddy Murphy's. The restaurants are delightful, and with the exception of one dinner (which the host warned us about), every meal was perfect. I would definitely come back to stay again.

We love the surrounding tropical-like island from our home located in the best-kept secret of Naples - the Isle of Capri. It is truly an island lifestyle where you can retreat from the stress of everyday life. The location also allows for the best of both worlds - spending time in nearby Marco Island or all of what Naples has to offer. The home is 15 minutes from Route 75, allowing access to any town to the north, Everglades City to the south, or trek across Alligator Alley to the east coast of Florida in 90 minutes.
