We stayed for 1 night for a concert at Akins Arena. The house was perfect. 5 minute uber to the venue, very clean, plenty of room, beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is old. Do not let the surrounding houses give you pause. This house is great! I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in Athens

We were meeting our adult children for the weekend and this place was perfect. Easy to find, clean, and enough room for us to all be together, next time we meet this is where we will stay. Host was super helpful and again this place was SO CLEAN, highly recommend!!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiry. The house was very close to our venue. We had a great weekend.

The house was perfect for our quick trip. Very clean inside. Outside is "old", but the inside remodel is very nice. Kitchen fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Living area and dining area very nice. Truly everything on the inside was very nice. For the comments about the neighborhood, our initial thought was that of concern also. However, it was fine. We never felt unsafe. Our party consisted of 4 women and 1 elderly male. We would leave during the day and return after dark and it was fine. Despite the neighborhood looking to be questionable, it truly was a great location for events with UGA just minutes away. Dina was very receptive and a great host.

Fine Property but Unsafe Neighborhood

Stay was booked for Thursday through Saturday, but upon arriving at the property it was clear that would not work. The inside of the home is updated and nice, except for the dishwasher not working. However, the neighborhood is unsafe. My wife and son were staying here with another mom and her son for All-State Choir performance and we chose the property due to the proximity to the Classic Center. There were multiple drug deals that were witnessed down the street and individuals were creeping around the front of house. No one felt safe. They only stayed as long as it took to find a replacement property. I cannot recommend this property due to the neighborhood. The home itself is fine but the area is unsafe.
