Annual ski trip

The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and had higher end pots and pans. The views were outstanding. We had a nice mix of dine in and dine out.Host was quickly responsive and very pleasant to converse with, and shared helpful information.

Ski trip home

Great home. Less than 20 minutes from both Red River and Angel Fire. We were able to ski both resorts. Plenty of room for our crew of 13.

Perfect property for family getaway, spacious , wonderful kitchen, excellent wifi

We have stayed in several properties in northern New Mexico, this one has it all, easy access to red river Taos and Angel Fire. Plenty of room, excellent kitchen, on property that is beautiful.

Perfect Get Away

The home was even more beautiful than the listing shows, it truly doesn’t do the home or location justice. Lisa was an AMAZING host, very accommodating, responsive, and kind. We will absolutely be back!

Great Place!

The house was clean and neat. Easy access, great views. Communication was prompt and always helpful. Final night for our family is campfire night. The owner came to meet us and to see if we needed anything and was having a good time. Would definitely recommend for a large family gathering

Fantastic Stay

My friends and I had a wonderful annual fishing trip stay on the ranch. The cabin was large and we each had on own room and space. The common areas were welcoming particularly the fireplace outside where we sat by the fire each night watching stars and telling stories. We were able to cook each morning and had all the supplies we needed. Lisa was a tremendous host with great communication. Check in was easy and she was very responsive on any questions we had. Overall terrific time and we already looking forward to next year!

Family Ski Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay so very much! From check-in process to condition of property, everything was perfect! The house accommodated our big family very well. We all enjoyed playing the games provided, the beautiful views and wildlife of the mountains. Lisa was very communicative, always accessible and informative. Five star stay all the way!

Great Spring break

My family loved the house, we had enough space for everyone to gather around the fire together but also to go relax in our own rooms. Plenty of sledding around the property for the kids. Property mgrs were all great, no complaints.

Beautiful Views.

The house is very accommodating of a large group. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s in the mountains and this house probably has the best views we have had. Great communication from the property manager/owner. This location is a short drive to Angel Fire and to Red River which makes it convenient for skiing.

Nice valley cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The only issue was it list AC and did not have it. The owner made sure to get us fans very promptly and was a great communicator throughout the whole process and stay.

Fantastic!

This property was perfect for us. Peaceful and quiet, but close enough to Red River and other more touristy spots that there was plenty to do. Cabin was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to have a much needed break with family and friends. I can’t wait to see what it’s like in the winter!!

Beautiful Views

Our families stayed over Christmas, the cabin is in an excellent location for both Red River, Angel Fire and even Taos. In our group we had 3 family groups, and we were all very comfortable with plenty of room for all 14 of us. Kitchen is very well supplied with all things to cook for even our large group. We loved it!

Busch Extended family Christmas

We had 13 family members present. The home was beautiful and spacious. Even though it was cold and snowy, the home was toasty warm. The owner and property mgr were very responsive! Thanks for a beautiful spot for a Christmas getaway!

Everything i was hoping for!

I have never experienced such a magical place, so many secret areas of the wilderness to be discovered. Clean, updated, luxurious! It was out of a movie, but was right there real! Amazing!

Beautiful home

we rented this house with another family. It worked great. The house is very nice and well kept. There is a lot of parking. We had two pickups and two trailers for razors. We will definitely stay in this house again when in the area.

Fun family summer vacation

My husband, our children and grandchildren loved our summer vacation in New Mexico. The house is very roomy and a great place for multiple families to stay with children. We had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen is nice and easy to cook in. We loved sitting out on the porches to eat and visit. The children loved playing outside around the house and we all enjoyed walking on the property. It is a easy drive into Red River where there is a lot to see and do.

Excellent

Our group had a great time. Host is very responsive. There is very small water leak occasionally and informed the host. Some friends felt more heat upstairs. Other than that, everything is great.

Large ranch home, beautiful scenery

This home is located in beautiful scenery. It's a large home with plenty of room for 13. It's located on a ranch and because it was, there were a few problems...carpet bugs in the loft room and loft, wet floor on the lowest floor, and a mouse. With each problem, the manager was understanding, and apologized, and offered to get help soon, though there was not a whole lot she could do when we were only staying 3 nights.

General comments

Hot water is very limited for such a large house. The dishwasher didn’t work but the property manager called the maintenance guy and was having it fixed. Beds were comfortable and the house is spacious. Could use some larger bowls and things in the kitchen for large groups. The house has 2 living areas and that was nice for kids. The views were fantastic!! Parking was abundant which was nice because we had several trucks and trailers. It would be nice to have some chairs on the front porch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!! Great house for a large group!

Mountain Get Away

My family of 14 spent a week in the cabin. Absolutely loved it. Plenty of room and space for those who wanted to read or play outside. The highlight for us was sitting around the outdoor fireplace and catching up with kids and grandkids. We did miss the outdoor firepit that was shown in the pictures but understand the risk and it was minor thing. Cabin provides easy access to other towns with facilities like restaurants, ski resorts or grocery store. We plan to come back and perhaps will visit in the summer to utilize the many hiking trails that were snowed in. Host was gracious and communicated well when we had questions. Overall, a great place to relax. Thanks again for a great time and opening your home.
