Super cute with plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. Stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids under 8 and we never felt on top of each other especially with the separate game/living area. Brad was so responsive when contacted. Great house! Would recommend.

Nice house. Plenty of room for the entire family. 7 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. Fully stocked kitchen worked well for a few meals we prepared there.

July 2025 - 1 week

We stayed for 1 week in July. It was fine and the house was in a quiet, central neighborhood location. Some thing we didn’t like:-150.00 pet fee & mandatory insurance (or security deposit).-The lower level of the house (two of the four bedrooms) had three constantly running dehumidifiers. -There is no central AC. Two mini-splits are in each living room, and there is no A/C in the bedrooms.-Communication was just ok. Small details around beach chairs were frustrating. -The living room furniture could need some updating. Things we liked:- The house had a beach pass to South Kingston Beach. -The king-size bed was comfortable. -Access was easy with push-button locks. -The deck was new. Overall, the house was fine and served its purpose.

Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay. Beach passes were a plus. The house was clean and bright. Kitchen had modern appliances, and all dishes, utensils and spices were available for our use. The bunks downstairs make this property suited for families with children. They are a bit cramped for taller adults. Brad the owner was super responsive to any calls or text messages. 5 stars for Brad!!

South Kingstown House

House was perfect- well equipped (you've never seen so many spices in a kitchen!), big open space to relax, lovely deck with grill and space for everyone! Loved the outdoor shower too. Location was perfect as well. Easy drive to South Kingstown beach which has showers/ bathrooms/ even free sunscreen:). Or bike to Charlestown beach just a few miles away. Brad was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great Vacation!

Summer Vacation

We come to Rhode Island every year to vacation with friends and family. We were very happy with this house. It has enough room to accommodate all of us and our small dog. It has plenty of dinnerware and cookware as well as almost everything else you might need. It even has dog bowls and a dog bed. Brad is very easy to communicate with and he was very quick to fix a minor issue we encountered. We would definitely rent at this location again.

Perfect Beach Satellite Stay

We have a big extended family with teenagers, adults, and young adults in their 20s, and this was a perfect roomy place for us. The neighbourhood was quiet, and communication with the owner was very good. We have beach access from another family member, so we didn't use the beach pass, so we can't speak to that. But everything else was all we could ask for.

The house was a great place to stay for our family. It was close to the beach and other activities in the area. Brad was helpful and easy to contact. We would stay there again.

Great Location

House is renovated with really nice “Beach” decorations. It has a big family room downstairs with bedrooms for kids near by. Great washer and dryer. Bedrooms downstairs are perfect for small families or kids. There is a game table and great couch and TVs for lots of kids and family. Upstairs there are two nice bedrooms for the adults. 1 king and 1 queen room. Again nice couches in sitting areas and nice porch. Reasonably priced and close to all beaches and restaurants.

Quiet Neighborhood

We’ve been coming to Charlestown for over 30 years for family vacations and always gravitate toward the Charlestown Beach area for that small town feel. The owner was quick and responsive via text. Very quiet dead end street with a good mix of rentals and local families. We always appreciate when a rental allows pets! The trees shade the deck area and yard nicely which made it feel much cooler. The house has great space, large open floor plan on main level with enough room for every one to gather, sunny and bright due to skylights. Having ac, and a washer/drier made our stay in RI much more pleasant. The downstairs was very damp and had a very strong mildew smell that was lessened by constantly running two dehumidifiers. Home has plenty of room but could use some TLC- the outdoor furniture especially. Overall the house itself was sufficient for our stay and we thank the owner.

Great house for a family vacation!

We had a great stay at Brad’s home in South Kingstown. My family and I have stayed in this area every year since we were kids, and we needed a bigger house this year to fit our growing family. There was room for everyone and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The common areas were perfect for gathering, and eating together, and the outdoor shower was great (always one of our favorites rental features)! Thank you for your hospitality, Brad!!

Great family week

We completely enjoyed our week at Brad’s place. The house was very clean, roomy, comfortable. Loved the deck and the back yard w the fire pit. Gas grill was great! Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our big family. Brad was very easy to communicate with. A note w a bottle of wine began out week!! Great week!!

Plenty of Space & Close to Everything

Brad was an excellent host! He left detailed instructions and helpful notes about area restaurants, beaches, and other attractions, and was super responsive to my many questions. The place was clean and charmingly decorated and looked just as it did in the photos. As a multi-generational family, we really appreciated the space in this house - perfect for teenagers who might want what amounts to a separate apartment located downstairs. I ended up having to work a bit, and that extra space afforded me peace and quiet when I needed it. Upstairs there is plenty of light and a spacious deck. The backyard gave us plenty of room for games and the fire pit is beautiful. Just as advertised, this house is close to everything, minutes from several different types of beaches, comes with beach passes to one clean and pretty town beach, and is also minutes from local ponds to kayak or fish. The residential neighborhood & surrounding areas are great for biking (lots of flat roads). We loved our experience at this house and hope to visit again next year.

Things I wish I knew before booking

The private beach is loaded with jelly fish, so do not try to swim here. Also there is no a/c in the bedrooms. Each living room has mini split installed and that is it! No central a/c. Bring fans as there was only one.
