Get ready to make some amazing memories in this impeccably kept ranch style home with a huge yard in Wakefield (bordering Charlestown). Fully equipped with all you’ll need for your family's summer vacation or a peaceful getaway. Great for girls weekends! Plenty of year round events and local shopping/dining. Bike to several RI beaches. Best fishing and birdwatching locales! Come see the trolls at Ninigret Park. Enjoy the evening sunsets and ocean breezes in the 3 seasons room, as you sip a cocktail and put a steak on the grill. Or enjoy roasting marshmallows by campfire in the private rear yard. Your family will love the nostalgic feel of this large eat-in kitchen. Or enjoy dinner at any of the many local restaurants nearby. All 7 Rhode Island beaches await you, where admission is free but if you plan to park, you will need to purchase a parking pass. If you bring your bike you won't care, when you can easily ride to several gorgeous beaches including Charlestown Breachway! You can also use the ORCA private beach on Green Hill Pond (great for kayaking). Such an easy and accessible home centrally located within minutes to URI, Charlestown, Wakefield, Newport, Mystic, Westerly, Watch Hill, and Foxwoods Resort. Versatile vacation spot

Excellent stay. Even with the poor weather, this home and host did not disappoint. The space is exceptionally clean, lots of great recommendations, and got the kids’ February break off to a great start. Will definitely be returning!

Great vacation for the family

The property is great. It's close to many beaches, it was very clean, was furnished with everything we needed, and the back porch was awesome. We ate on the porch for all of our meals as it was roomy and we always had a nice breeze. We're looking forward to staying again.

Lovely getaway!

Great property, comfortable, cute, clean, amazing screened in porch, can bike to several beaches, or take a drive along the coast to beaches and small towns. Kitchen is well equipped and beds comfy. It was a perfect reunion spot for four friends, and the owner was wonderful and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at this quiet home not far from the beach. Everything was totally as listed, and the owner was lovely and easy to communicate with. The screen porch is so breezy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We just had a wonderful week at this property. The house was clean and everything worked properly. I slept in the master bedroom and it was very comfortable! The screened in porch is just heaven. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Home Away From Home

The property was perfect for our family over the Thanksgiving weekend. It had everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless. Only regret was not being able to really enjoy the gorgeous screened in living space because we visited in November - next time!!
