A rare find in Pinetop, this 6 year old home has a beautiful modern-rustic design that you will fall in love with as soon as you enter the home! Located in highly desirable Pinetop Lakes Country Club with designer furnishings throughout and incredible amenities that will make this your perfect home away from home!

* We sleep up to 10 guests, of which a total of 6 guests may be adults per the HOA. The nightly rate includes up to 6 total guests (including both adults and children). Over 6 guests there is a $15 charge per guest, per night. Scroll to bottom for more pricing details.

* Private Hot Tub!

* Backyard offers numerous outdoor spaces to enjoy: large porch, dining table, Smart TV, Lounge chairs, "chat" seating area, wood-burning fire pit, tree swing. Corn Hole set also available for guest use!

* Open floor plan features gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, PLENTY of seating, and vaulted ceilings!

* 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom & 2 Full Baths all located on 1st floor

* Traveling with kids? Spacious loft features 2 trundle beds, couch & TV. (Space accommodates up to 4 children on 4 twin mattresses)

* Located on cul-de-sac

* 6 Smart TV's - living room, loft, back patio, and all bedrooms

* Modern Kitchen - includes a 6 burner gourmet oven, 2 sinks, and is stocked with everything you need to cook...from pots & pans to spices and plenty of cookware.

* Beautifully decorated in Modern-Rustic designer style, yet oh so cozy and comfortable!

* Guests have access to large 2 Car Garage w/ extra refrigerator.

* Close to golf, skiing, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, ATV trails, and more!

* ACCESS TO PINETOP LAKES AMENITIES (Guest pass must be purchased) - Includes outdoor pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, fitness center, recreation center, exercise classes, playground, and much more! All located less than a 1/2 mile from our home, so it is walkable! PLEASE NOTE: Pinetop Lakes HOA requires a guest fee be paid to the HOA for guests to be able to use Pinetop Lake amenities. If interested in this amenity please message host for cost (which depends on length of stay) and additional details.

* Pinetop Lakes Golf Course and Horseback Rides are both public and available to everyone.

* Restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and more are just a short drive away.

* Central Air Conditioning!!!

* Nightly price is for up to 6 guests (including both adults & children). You may add up to 4 additional guests as long as no more than 6 guests are adults. There is a $15 fee per person, per night for more than 6 guests. Include a message when booking if you intend to have more than 6 total guests, including adults & children.

* For stays longer than 1 week Cleaning Fee will be increased $100

What an amazing property! We will definitely be back. This cabin was fully stocked with anything a guest might need. Lisa thought of everything. Check in was seamless. Communication was great. All directions/rules provided were easy to follow. You must stay here :)

Wonderful place to stay. We have frequented a lot of different VRBOs and this is one of the best ones! Lisa has thought of everything when it comes to guests’ comfort and conveniences. We enjoyed our stay and communication with Lisa was always prompt!

This was the best VRBO we have ever rented. Not only is it an amazing home, in an amazing location, the amenities were the best we have ever seen. Lots to do at this place, from the backyard fire pit, to the back porch table fire box, to cornhole, to walking the golf course or the forest. Even more amazing is how well stocked the house was with everything from paper products, soap, bottled water, snacks, and much more. The home is built of extremely high quality materials. It is located in the best possible spot in all of the White Mountains. The host was so easy to work with. There is no better property to select if you are headed to the White Mountains of Arizona. We could not have been happier with this place.

The cabin was beyond our expectations! The check-in process was very smooth and our host communicated everything in a nice booklet. The cabin was amazing...the festive decor felt very comforting and the cabin had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks again for such a great property and we can't wait to come back. You will not find a cleaner or better decorated cabin than this one.

Amazing Property!!!! 10 out of 10!!!!!

This property is absolutely stunning!!! It is probably the nicest VRBO we have stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cozy furniture to the well stocked kitchen. We loved the outdoor patio area and firepit as well as the hot tub! The location was ideal, with easy access to local dining and shopping yet still offering a peaceful, private retreat. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this property!!!

Prefect Pinetop Getaway!

This Pinetop cabin was a 10/10 and exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Lisa, the host, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked — it really lacked nothing. The kitchen had everything we could have asked for, and the instructions for using the amenities were clear and easy to follow. We loved how many cozy and inviting spaces there were to gather, both inside and out.The added bonus of air conditioning (a rare find in this area) made our stay even more comfortable. And soaking in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end each day.We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to our next stay — if we can snag it before it’s booked again! We chose a home in the community of Pinetop Lakes Country Club because of its great location and close proximity to everything in the White Mountain area. Nestled amongst the beautiful Ponderosa Pines Trees, the surroundings are gorgeous! With access to incredible amenities like golf, pickleball, tennis, fishing, horse-back riding, pool, recreation center, fitness center and more...there is something for everyone to enjoy! We are also on the far end of Pinetop, closest to Sunrise Mountain Resort!
