Abbey Cottage, located on beautiful Lake Webster, offers a getaway great for play, relaxing, and renewal. Enjoy fishing and other lake activities, as well as simply relaxing in cozy space with a view of the lake. The cottage has three bedrooms, plus a daybed (trundle) in the great room, that can accommodate up to nine persons. It has parking for three vehicles. Abbey Cottage is located in the residential neighborhood of Epworth Forest that's motto is "A community where God's love is experienced." We look forward to welcoming you!

This is a sweet property that is right on the lakefront. We enjoyed watching the boats out on the lake, the birds, and even the little turtle that tried to crawl down the steps to the dock. The house was in pristine condition. The beds were comfortable and the dining/family room area was great for our family to visit and take our meals. We were only there for an overnight, but would love to find a time to go back and visit again, exploring the area. It seemed really friendly and relaxed.

This lake house was quite lovely. We were in the area for a family wedding and the location was ideal to the wedding venue (Blue Barn Berry Farm). It was nice and quiet and the beds were comfy. Would recommend!

We came for a family wedding and the location worked well. The Abbey lake home was very comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. Views were lively too! Nice space to go for walks and great coffee less than a mile away.

Great view of the lake

The house was absolutely spotless. The view of the lake was great and I was able to leave my fishing boat right on dock. Great fishing very relaxing.

Cute place, great location

This cottage is small, but packed with opportunities to have fun and make memories! The neighborhood was quiet, the fishing from the dock was great, the living area was big enough to allow for group games and conversation, communication with the host was prompt and helpful, the home was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Wonderful relaxing weekend on the lake!

Beautiful lake! The cottage had a nice large room with windows all around, beautiful views! Comfortable beds, clean home. Plenty of restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed Roll-n-Smoke for BBQ and Maria's Pancake House for breakfast and lunch! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

This cottage is absolutely adorable. We had a girls Christmas night with my sisters and our 3 closest friends. It was absolutely perfect. Everything was so clean, the decor was perfect, the view was incredible (especially the sunset), the cabinets and drawers were all labeled which made it easy to find things. I can’t say enough positive things! We talked about making it a yearly thing and renting the same cottage because it was that cute! The owners were a pleasure to work with Our only regret was not booking an entire weekend. We were shocked how much cuter it was in person. Highly recommend!!!

The Abbey Cottage is owned by five siblings whose Great Grandmother purchased the cottage back in the early 1930s. Although it has been significantly updated, it still holds the same charm as long ago.

As children, we spent our summers vacationing there, creating many fond memories. Our hope is that the cottage will do the same for those who stay there--whether for only a couple days or for a week or more.

Abbey Cottage is located in a neighborhood on Lake Webster called Epworth Forest. Epworth Forest includes a Christian camp and conference center. It is a place where people of all ages have spiritual encounters. It is also located on the shoreline of Lake Webster, located in the midst of lake activities--fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, and just relaxing. It is a special place that can bring personal renewal and family bonding.

The Abbey Cottage is located right on the lake and affords easy access to the water, including pier access (seasonal). Although the cottage is not large, it has three full bedroom, a full bath, and half-bath. Off-street parking is available for three vehicles. It has amenities such as air-conditioning, a TV and WiFi, dishwasher, washer & dryer, a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and more.
