This condo has a popular split bedroom floorplan with privacy for both the primary & guest suites. The 2 spacious bedrooms feature a king bed & a full bed with 2 full bathrooms equipped with showers/bathtubs. The screened in lanai stretches the entire length of the condo.

Beautifully landscaped paradise complex on 14 acres at the south end of gorgeous Marco Island has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and 10,000 Islands. Enjoy amenities like assigned parking, in condo laundry, WiFi, renovated fitness room, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, basketball hoop, gas grills, & excellent fishing off the docks.
