* Walking distance from downtown Fishers, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Close to IKEA, Top Golf and Conner Prairie.
* Popular neighborhood park: Holland Park offers pickleball, volleyball and sand volleyball courts, a playground with water features for the little ones, and much more.
* Easy Access: Just off Highway I-69

Parking Details
* Driveway Parking: Guests are welcome to park in the driveway or outside.
* Garage: Please note that the garage is locked and reserved for storage.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Parties are not allowed on the property or inside of the home. All guests must be registered/disclosed.

2. No smoking or vaping allowed inside of the home.

3. Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
• Up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken dogs allowed.
• Dogs must not be left unattended outside.
• Dogs may be left alone inside only if they are calm and well-behaved (otherwise they must be crated).
• Do not use bath towels on dogs; please bring your own pet towels/blankets.
• Clean up all pet waste and keep dogs off furniture/beds unless you use your own protective covers.
• Any damage, stains or excessive cleaning will result in repair or replacement fees.
• Dogs must be on flea/tick prevention and kept under control to avoid neighbor disturbance.


Rules are strictly enforced and failure to obey house rules will result in eviction without a refund.

Pet friendly, safe & quiet neighborhood. As other reviews have stated, needs some TLC. Could also use a deep clean. Ducts/registers with debris, a few cobwebs, and some spilled goldfish crackers in some of the drawers. Overall functional home though. We have stayed in better but have also stayed in worse!

The house was very comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable...slept like a baby. The host left snacks on the kitchen table, which were a plesant surprise and delicious.Definitely would stay again if in the area.

The host was super responsive with communication. Check in was very simple! We had a very late arrival time and we truly didn't want to stop to get the morning essentials on our way from the airport. All we wanted was a little coffee to get us going, and he assured us we'd be ok... and we WERE! He had coffee supplies ready for us! Very grateful for that! Thank you!

Communication was great. Home is in a very quiet nice neighborhood. The backyard was very peaceful - we spent hours in the evening outside on the deck grilling and talking. Hot tub looked very clean and heated right up. Master bedroom is split from the other two which we really enjoyed. Overall a great stay.

Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t make use of the hot tub but the yard was also clean and welcoming. The host contact was quick and polite. It’s such a plus to have a pet friendly option. Thanks Andres!

Check-in was easy. Nice large kitchen with lots of available spices, condiments and coffee. Bottom rack of dishwasher wouldn’t stay on it’s track. Wi-fi ok. We had our own vehicles but convenient to our event venue.

recent stay

we just stayed here this past weekend for a baseball tournament. We had some family coming in from Ohio so we decided to do a house instead of normally staying at a hotel. The inside of this house is super cute and it's perfect for a group of probably 5 to 6 people. There's even a patio with a hot tub a table outback hammock. It's in a nice neighborhood close to downtown fishers.

Lovely 3 bed 2 bath pet friendly home in the heart of Fishers

I stayed for a week in this home with a friend and my pets during a move to Fishers. I needed a place for myself and my pets while my household goods got delivered and my new home set up. The owners were very kind and had extra special touches waiting for me, like dog treats and bowls. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was really nice to walk my dogs in. Also, the backyard is fenced in, which made it easy for me to let my dogs out to go potty. There are many great restaurants and things to do right around the corner from this house. It has a secluded neighborhood feel but is very close to many amenities. I highly recommend this rental home!

A great place for a family weekend

We enjoyed our time in this home. Comfortable for us with our grown son and daughter in law plus two grandchildren. Pet friendly. Comfortable for everyone! We loved that it was close to the zoo and the Children's Museum. The host always responded quickly to my questions or inquiries.

Clean, but…

House was coated in paint and new floors and appliances, could have used a little more. Screen door needs replacing, deck had soft spots and needs replaced. Drain was slow in guest bathroom tub and not much more than a cot in guest room, terrible bed. Some HVAC registers missing and lots of debris in duct work.Place was clean upon checkin.

Wonderful and Comfortable Home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and convenient house. The layout is very nice, with plenty of space to relax and comfortable furniture throughout. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog, and we appreciated having dog bowls and treats awaiting our arrival. We were in town for a concert at the Fishers Event Center and the location of this home was perfect. Great host communication made for a wonderful stay.

Perfect suburban stay

My husband came to visit me while I am training for work. Since we wanted to bring our dogs we decided to go with a rental home instead of a hotel. This place didn't disappoint, I hope we can rent it again while I'm still training.

The house was awesome! We rented the house in December. When we entered the house, there was a beautiful Christmas tree. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. The house was clean, spacious, tv, internet all good. Fenced in backyard for our dogs. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Pet friendly home away from home

Andres home is in a safe neighborhood. Everything was spotless. Most short stay kitchens have a few utensils and a few pots and one pan, but Andres’s home was well-stocked. The back yard was wonderful for our doggies. All of the beds were super comfortable. We loved the hot tub. We would love to stay again! Our host was wonderful!

Welcoming

Very comfortable house. The hosts were awesome and made us feel welcome. The house was very well supplied as well. We will definitely use this place again the next time we visit the area.
