Inside the home you will find a comfortable interior. The living area has an open concept with the kitchen open to the living area. The living room opens onto the spacious back deck overlooking the huge fenced in backyard which offers plenty of outside seating. You will also find a patio table for 4 to enjoy outdoor dining!

Back inside you will find the master bedroom and a guest bedroom that will sleep a total of 5 guests.

Park your car in the driveway and enjoy the pedestrian friendly area!

Seahorse Cottage is located right in the middle of Saint Augustine's uptown district. You are steps away from antique shopping, food, and all sorts of attractions. Within blocks is the Castillo de San Marcos, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, The Fountain of Youth, Francis Field events, The Old Jail, and much more.

Vilano Beach is only 5 minutes away from this lovely cottage! This location is also close to fishing, with the Vilano Pier just a few minutes away. Plenty of places to put in your boat or rent a charter. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach or join the crowds on Saint Augustine Beach. Plenty of choices!

Good location. Easy to get to downtown. You can walk about 40 minutes. TV a little small and could have had a bigger couch in the living room, but beds comfortable and cute little cottage.

Visit to St. Augustine

Was looking for a place not far from the fun and dog friendly. The bedding and all were very clean, the baseboards not as much but overall very clean and comfortable. We had a great time and the dogs had room to relax as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Very cozy nice house. Now it is alittle on the smaller side but it worked perfectly for a couple and a dog. The porch was perfect to have a morning coffee and watch the dog play in the big fenced in yard. Communication was great and they had some amazing recommendations.

Quite, walkable neighborhood, could easily walk to the city, fort and downtown. (30ish minute walk) The house was small but snug. Back deck and fenced in was a big plus with small children. Home was clean as well. Would stay again if we came back to the area.

Cute home in beautiful neighborhood

This was a cute old Florida home on a street with many similar old-Florida homes. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. The home was furnished simply and comfortably -- nothing fancy and also just right. My husband walked to the historic section and I drove to nearby parks to photograph birds. We would stay here again.

Fun Trip

Cute house in an older established beautiful neighborhood. Perfect distance from the downtown area, not far but not right on top of downtown either. Small, cozy, house with a fenced yard for our dog which was great. We were on the go a lot , so house size was adequate for 2 adults. Everything was great except the management fees from the rental company I thought were outrageous

A Happy Christmas at Seahorse!!

Really enjoyed our stay at the lovely Seahorse Cottage. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood: walkable, but also appreciated from the porch swing seat. Well equipped, with a surprisingly large screened-in porch and backyard. Delightful!

Absolutely loved it!

We stayed from the 2nd week in January to February 29th. The home was “home” and everything was clean but more attention is needed on the baseboards and kitchen cabinets. Other than these items, we absolutely loved it. The yard and porches were perfect and the location was amazing. We could not have enjoyed our stay more.

This was a nice place. Located in a quiet neighborhood, however, houses are very close together. Very close to attractiions. If you are traveling with your dog fur babies, great fenced in back yard. My only complaint, when we first walked in there were 2 dead roaches on kitchen floor. I did not see any alive though so that was good!

Achy bodies

After 2 nights, both of us had sore achy bodies. It had to be the beds. Still had 2 nights to go. On the last evening, the temps dropped, the heater was running all night with the temp set on 68, when my feet hit the floor the next morning, the floors were cold.

dog friendly fenced backyard and screened porch

We stayed with our dog so it was nice to have fenced in backyard and screened in porch with seating to be out with her. The little time we spent at the rental, we were limited on space. It would have been nice to have better options to store our suitcase on like a bench in the closet instead the kitchen chairs moved into the bedroom. The outdoor wicker living room chair is not comfortable and the foot pouf is not supportive - it falls flat when slight pressure is put on it. Maybe a coffee table or sturdier ottoman would be better or even a sectional with a larger ottoman instead of the small loveseat and outdoor wicker chair with pouf. I really don’t know how seating would even work if you were at capacity for the rental especially during the cooler winter months.
