The surprising loft features a new sofa/queen size bed, 65’ smart OLED TV with comfortable seating, a full size table for a work station or family arts and crafts, and unique nook for you to explore the world of acrylic painting for yourself (paint supplies, easel and medium supplied). Paint, work, watch a movie on Netflix or Amazon or the big game on YouTube TV while your kids have fun in their own “secret space” in the loft, accessed by a “hidden door” through the bookshelves. The house also includes EV charger.
