Be among the first to stay in this new construction! Fabulous condo with nice finishes and new furniture. Everything you need for a great getaway on the mountain! Fall colors and temps are gorgeous on the mountain!

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are nicely appointed with your comfort in mind. Granite in kitchen and both baths; lvp flooring throughout. The bedroom has a queen bed and private master bath with jacuzzi tub. Additional guests can enjoy their own separate full guest bath off the hallway and sleep on the queen-sized sofa bed.

The deck has ample seating and a wooded view. If you want to stay in and relax, this is the place. However, if adventure is calling, the condo serves as a great base of operations for activities, as ski slopes, tubing, tennis, golf, fishing, hiking, wineries/breweries are nearby to make a day of it.

If you need to work, reliable wifi and a desk are ready for your use.

This is brand new construction as of July 2020--previous reviews are from same owner and condo layout; unfortunately, the whole building-- all 12 units-- burned down in a fire in 2017. We have rebuilt! so everything from the foundation up is brand new.

Only fourteen wide steps to the condo door! (Many Wintergreen condos have scores of stairs!)

We know you don't want to leave your pets behind; they are welcome here!!

Free wifi with Netflix and HuluPlus accounts already added for you--no cable.

In the spring, summer, and fall: tennis, golf, hiking and fishing. Swimming at the community pool or the local creeks and rivers. In the winter: Free ski shuttle stops directly out front and delivers you to the slopes. The condo includes a fireplace, free firewood, and lockable ski locker. Year round: great restaurants, breweries, wineries.

My 2 small dogs and I really enjoyed staying at this lovely condo. The listing was highly accurate and the host was highly responsive to my messages about questions I had about the condo. The condo was well-stocked with supplies, including furniture covers for allowing pets on furniture. I highly recommend this property at Wintergreen if you are looking for a pet friendly, 1 bedroom condo with a nice wooded view from the living room and bedroom.

The condo is just as it is described in the listing! Clean and beautiful with firewood for the fire place readily available. Everything that you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owner has thought of everything! We will definitely be booking again.

This was such a beautiful, clean space. Every item had been thought of; there was even a closet with dog treats, flashlights, extra toothbrushes, etc! Parking and check in were a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive. Take the short walk to Fire and Frost for delicious pizza!

Great, relaxing trip!

Beautiful condo with everything you need. We appreciated all the little extras including spices in the kitchen, extra toiletries in case we forgot anything, and pet supplies. We enjoyed the music festival events and the dining options too!

Peaceful getaway

Property was one of the best I’ve booked thru Vrbo. Lisa was always prompt with all my questions and informing us on restaurant choices. Very peaceful location with lots of hummingbirds. Condo was stocked with everything you need. Including plenty of things for my canine buddies!! Great mini trip

Overnight stay

We were driving back from Orlando to NJ and wanted to stay near the Blueridge Parkway so we could take that scenic route home the next day. The condo was very clean and I was surprised to see there was stuff for us to brew coffee in the morning. We didn’t bring groceries since it was just an overnight stay. It is closed to many breweries and wineries. Apparently hoping trails as well. We will do that in our next visit for a longer time. It took us about 5 mins to enter the Blueridge parkway once we exited the resort. The owner was quick to respond to my silly questions

Nice family getaway

This was a great fit for our family getaway. A nice convenient place to relax after a full day skiing. We enjoyed the fireplace with wood provided and dryer for our wet clothes. All details were thought of, including a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended.

Great spot in Wintergreen

This was an excellent condo with plenty of amenities. For the price, this is definitely the best condo we have stayed at near a ski resort in the region. We would happily stay here again.

Cozy getaway

This place was perfect, we stayed 2 nights on a fun ski and snowboard getaway. The condo exceeded our expectations- it was spotless and nicely decorated; very cozy and had everything we could possibly need or want. It seemed like everything was brand new. We loved relaxing by the fire after a fun day of playing on the slopes. Our host communicated clearly and all was exactly as listed. We highly recommend staying here, and we intend to return to this beautiful condo in the future.
