The space
This beauty is located on the first floor of a 4 unit apartment building. Special touches abound, including original tile and hardwood floors, some original doors and trim, original fireplace mantels. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a queen bed, queen air mattress, and 4-in-1 convertible bed/ottoman/lounger/chair. The space can accommodate up to 5 guests.

We’re in a busy downtown location accompanied by the usual soundtrack and sights of a convenient city location: street noise, locals walking by on the sidewalks, occasional car horns, firetruck or ambulance sirens. Specialized noise machines and ear plugs are provided for guests’ comfort.
We staff a full cleaning and maintenance crew on site to ensure we meet your expectations.
The building contains 4 apartments, all dedicated to guests.
Our apartments are great for mid-term or long-term stays. We host many traveling nurses, medical residents, and other professionals!
NO SMOKING, DRUGS or UNREGISTERED guests. This property is closely SUPERVISED by staff and security systems. We will call the police if drug use or possession is suspected. Parties and disruptive gatherings are also prohibited, along with pets. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction.

Though the building sat vacant for years and required updates, I have carefully preserved its historical charm while breathing new life into the space. Guests can now experience the authentic character and glimpse into the region's past that this property provides, immersing themselves in the local culture in a way that is hard to find elsewhere.
