There are two buildings and 3 living space in the property, we have the main house, the in-law unit and then the camp, we call it bunk house. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with attached 2-door garage, above the garage, we have a 1-bedroom 1 bathroom in-law unit. The bunk house has 2bedrooms, half bath, 1 dinning room, 1 living room and a kitchenette, it's also supplied with running room temperature water from May till the end of Oct, we shut off the water supply to the bunkhouse from Nov to April to prevent pipes from freezing.

We renovated the main house in 2024 fall, finishing the in-law unit in March 2025, everything is brand new. The bunk house is truly antique itself, it was built 1795, it is one of the oldest house in Harpswell that is still well maintained, it has the charm that new houses don't have. Take a look at the floor in the living room, the patten is carefully designed, it's a piece of art itself.
