This South Palm Desert Creekside studio in located in the beautiful Shadow Mountain Resort just 1.5 blocks from the famous El Paseo Drive which has some of the best restaurants & shopping in the Coachella Valley. The Living Desert Zoo is also less than 10 minutes away.
The property has recently been fully remodeled, everything is new throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung appliances, convection air fry oven, full size fridge / freezer & dishwasher complete with quartz countertops & seating for four.
The living room is complete with wifi, flat screen tv including cable, sofa & a desk for your comfort. Enjoy soaking up the sun & the beautiful views on the private creekside South facing patio. There are also three saltwater pools & spas that are just steps away...The property also boasts covered dedicated parking right outside the entrance.
