Gorgeous penthouse condo with partial ocean views and extra privacy at the Mauna Lani Terrace. This newly refurnished, top-floor property overlooks historic fishponds and the Pacific Ocean. With high vaulted ceilings, a spacious living room and expansive patio, K301 is the perfect place for couples and small families to unwind and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Mauna Lani coastline. Located only a short walk away from the beach and beautiful walking trails along the fishponds and coastline that are perfect for a peaceful morning stroll.

The bedroom has a king size bed, a 55" Smart TV, a private patio and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The living room has a 55" Smart TV and a wall of glass sliding doors that open to a spacious patio with an outdoor dining table. A chef's kitchen, laundry room and second full bathroom complete this one bedroom dream escape.

gorgeous deck with water view

After an initial problem with check in (arrived on Dec 31) - the management was prompt and attentive. The unit is large one bedroom with a big deck and wonderful view of both the water and sunsets. Access to the private beach is nice - as if the weather, which is virtually guaranteed on that part of the Big Island.
