NEW Luxury Downtown Apartment - Gym Pool Workspace

Welcome! We’re Sunshine Rentals Miami, a small team of local hosts who live and work in the city. We only manage a few apartments, and that’s by choice: it means we know every unit inside out and can give each guest our full attention.

Hosting for us is about making travel feel effortless. Before you arrive, you’ll get everything you need: your smart lock code, directions, and a few local tips to get you started. During your stay, we’re just a message or call away, whether you need a dinner recommendation, help with the AC, or advice on getting to the beach.

Many of our guests come back, and that’s the best compliment we can get. We’d love for you to be one of them.

Downtown Miami is the city’s most connected neighborhood, and that’s exactly why we’re here. You can walk to Bayfront Park for a morning run along the water, spend the afternoon at the Pérez Art Museum in Museum Park, and catch a Heat game or concert at Kaseya Center in the evening.

Getting around is easy: the free Metromover and Metrorail stations are nearby, Brickell is just a few stops south, and the Brightline station connects you to Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Miami Beach, Wynwood, and the Design District are a short ride away, and PortMiami is minutes from the door for cruise travelers.

What we love most is how much is within walking distance. Rooftop bars, international restaurants, waterfront views, and the energy of a growing city, all without needing to rent a car.

Unit 1712 is on the 17th floor, giving you a calm space above the bustle of downtown while keeping the whole city within reach. It combines the comfort of a private apartment with the convenience of a full-service, hotel-style building.

Inside, you’ll find a clean, modern space designed for easy living: a comfortable bed with fresh linens, fast WiFi for work or streaming, and kitchen essentials for your morning coffee or a quick meal. Everything is set up so you can drop your bags and start enjoying Miami.

Our guests consistently highlight the location, cleanliness, and smooth self check-in. Each stay is professionally cleaned and inspected, and our local team is always on hand. For a trip that just works, 1712 is a great choice.
