Great location, management unavailable through app.

Location was great. Relatively clean. Only downside is the toilet was broken on arrival and the faucet for the shower, although working, needed maintainance. I'd messaged the owner but there was never a response.

Miami Beach condo

Location is beautiful with water on both sides and great views from the balcony. Condo check in was very easy and the valet parking service was exceptional. I thought I was going to hate valet parking but the service was great and they gave me a weekly rate which was 25/night. Beds in condo were very comfortable, kitchen items were a bit scarce so if you are looking to do a lot of cooking this is not the place. Overall very nice place and so nice to be right on the beach with free towel service at the pool.

Everything was greatThe upper pool was cleanThe lower pool was extremely dirtyAccumulation of sand under the rim of the poolKids were pulling sand and moldy gravel and throwing it into the poolThe sand and moldy gravel from inside the pool should be removed. Great view

The property was OK. It was decently clean. I’ve stayed in better and I’ve stayed in worse. If you can get it for a good price it is worth staying here. The location the the beach is perfect. But the only food options within walking distance are hotel bars. Nice area. Park in the public lot next door it’s cheaper by a lot.

Great location and set up

Perfect location with very nice pools, amenities and beach. Trolley made getting anywhere really easy and condo set up was nice. Plugs need to be replaced and condo could use some upgrades.

Great Location!

The location is prime if you would like to be near the beach. Was on a layover between destinations with the fam and stayed here for 2 nights. The unit could use some updating however we had everything we needed and was an easy stroll the beach.

No A.C. for 5 days outlets are ALL LOOSE so you have to walk around thw whole condo looking where you can charge your devices made it hard for 4 people give it a 3 star rating

Life is Good in Miami

Our stay was good. The condo's location is great for its proximity to the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. My family & I had a restful stay. Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. Getting to the beach was a short walk past the pool area and across the bike path. There were chairs and umbrellas for rent at a very reasonable rate. The building also had service from the pool bar, where they would take your order and bring your drinks and food back. We mainly took Uber to get around if we wanted to go out, and never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before a car showed up. A big plus for my husband was that they have really good cable on all the TVs (which is rare in short-term rentals). He was able to catch NBA some playoff games in the evenings.

Beautiful spot and location!

We had a great time, the building was in a great location with a beautiful pool and amazing beach access. The building had all the amenities we could have needed - wonderful stay would return!

Beautiful and safe property

Great property and condo. I’d say to bring towels and kitchen could use some garbage bags. kitchen towels and a cookie sheet but we made do. Beautiful views of both the bay and the ocean. Very safe property and plenty of room - We loved it!

Vacation getaway

Property was perfect, place was clean, plenty of space, beautiful views. Pools were great and had direct access to the beach. Tiki bar was pricey but convenient to have on site. Coffee shop made getting a quick coffee and breakfast easy. Would definitely this place to anyone looking to visit Miami.

Great Location

Great location with easy beach access, nice pools, and good food options within walking distance. Great little coffee shop in the lobby. Easy access to South Beach. Mid Beach is the way to go!!
