ヴィラルスティカは、小石の多いビーチからわずか20 mの静かな地域にある、趣味の良い改装された魅力的な古い石造りのコテージです。リラックスした休暇に理想的な場所です。

ブラチの北海岸にある趣のある漁村であるポスティラの旧市街の中心部に位置し、港のレストランやカフェバーから500 mです。

2階建ての小さな家と1ベッドルームの独立したアパートで構成されています。 古い石の壁に囲まれた家と中庭は、完全なプライバシーを確保します。 中庭には2つの屋外ダイニングエリアがあります。

アンティーク家具とオリジナルの古い石の壁がある本館にある居間に入ります。 リビングルームから2階のスリーピングエリアを見つける上階への階段です。 このエリアからはメインのダブルベッドルームです。 階段を半ば下ったところにシャワールームがあります。 設備の整ったキッチンはリビングルームの外にあります。 外は食事のための広いエリアです。

メインハウスの入り口からわずか数歩のところに、専用のテラスからアクセスできるアパートの正面玄関があります。 再び古い石の壁が露出し、非常に魅力的な外観を与えるように改装されました。 リビング/ダイニング/キッチンルームにはソファベッドがあり、そこからダブルベッドルームとシャワールームがあります。

プロパティへのアクセスは、静かな通りからです。 中庭には1台分のスペースがあります。 アクセス道路が狭いため、駐車は小型車にのみ適しています。

Bracへの行き方：スプリットハーバーから50分のカーフェリーに乗ります。 スプリット港はスプリット空港から20キロです。 交差には約50分かかります。 一人当たりの費用は約5ユーロです。

プロパティへのアクセス：スペタルのダルマチアプロパティマネジメントのオフィスでチェックインします。 オフィスはフェリー港から200 mです。 アパートへの行き方を写真で案内します。 また、滞在中に訪れる可能性のある地域、スーパーマーケット、レストラン、文化イベントに関する情報を提供します。 あなたは完全に面倒を感じるでしょう。 また、他に何か必要な場合は、DPMの担当者が喜んでお手伝いします。

Extérieur et cadre au top, logement vraiment rustique

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans la villa Rustica. Le contact avec l'agence est très bon, les 2 personnes que nous avons vues étaient accueillantes et serviables. En ce qui concerne le logement : nous avons été surpris de découvrir qu'il s'agissait en fait de 2 maisons, l'annonce ne l'indique pas. La pierre donne beaucoup de charme à l'endroit, la terrasse est top avec ses vignes et autres plantes. L'emplacement est idéal avec la plage qui est vraiment toute proche (au pied du restaurant en terrasse), et il y a un autre endroit un peu plus sauvage et plus ombragé un peu plus loin, vers le bar Inkognito, magnifique. En ce qui concerne les maisons : c'est très propre mais c'est vraiment rustique, les maisons portent bien leur nom. Un peu de rénovation serait bienvenue en cuisine et salle de bain. Mais je répète, la propreté était là, et il y a beaucoup de vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine. Nous aurions apprécié des plats pour aller au four vu qu'il y en a 2... Et une cafetière qui fonctionne. De plus nous n'avons jamais pu nous connecter au wi-fi. Pour finir : il y a 2 lits 1 place au niveau de l'escalier, pas idéal, notamment un qui est sous la fenêtre de toit sans store occultant. Au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Postira (pensez à louer une voiture !) mais si nous revenons nous choisirons un autre logement.

Gemütliches Haus in zentraler Lage

Gemütliche Unterbringung für mindestens 6 Personen Aufgeteilt auf 2 Wohnungen mit großem Außenbereich. Voll ausgestattet mit Küche, wlan, TV, essplatz im Freien, Außendusche uvm. die Lage ist spitze. 100 Meter zur nächstgelegenen Badebucht. 5 Minuten zum hafen und Ortskern mit vielen Restaurants. Nur das Parken ist etwas schwierig aber in max 10 Minuten Fußweg ist immer einer zu finden. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, sind bequeme Stühle oder liegen im Außenbereich

Individuelles Feriendomizil

Schönes , klimatisiertes Ferienhaus / Appartement. Individuelle gestaltet, außer Geschirrspülmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Tolle Lage, allerdings mit einem normalen Auto nicht direkt zu erreichen. Im Urlaub ist das aber erträglich. Mitten im Dorfkern, Mini Supermarkt und Strand in 30m erreichbar. Sehr schöner schattiger Innenhof mit toller Bepflanzung. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Vermietung. Alles bestens.

Im grossen und ganzen besticht dieses Objekt durch die Lage. 1 min. zum Strand und Supermarkt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Einrichtung ist geschmacksache. Alles vorhanden. Echt Empfehlenswert. Prima.

Great location, all amenities but very rustic

Villa needs a bit of maintenance. Tricky to find at night. Great location for the town, beach and exploring. A wonderful overall holiday.

Chilly in october.

Overall a good stay in Villa Rustica one week midst of october 2010. Friendly and good service from our contact persons Mia and Branca. We arrived one hour past midnight ( agreed in advance ) at the office in Supetar, cleared the payments and got the keys and a photocopied driving guide to the place some 10 km's away. The photos were of cause in daylight and finding the "big blue house on the left hand side" wasn't that obvious. Nor was "the road" a sharp turn to the left hereafter - for the newcommer to the island not familiar with "roads" that narrow ( just enough for one not too broad car). But - but - some 30 min later we actually found the place ( we looked in the first place for a house 15 m's ( that's very close ) from the beach, as announced ) rather some 150 meters from the beach - a detail especially important when looking for something in the dark after midnight. The villa was very well equipped with all sorts of utilities you need for the stay - dubble up of most things actually since it's really two separate apartments. But for out of season rental as in october we very much missed two essential things : - Possibility for room heating - Enough/sufficient blankets for the beds A holliday can be ever so nice in all other respects but be ruined by freezing in the night. We managed though by turning the air condition ( in one of the appartments ) on heating and the oven. Less essential : It would have been even better if one of the washing machines had been changed for a dishwasher. And a last thing : The white plastic chairs for garden furniture were rather old and cracked and one of the legs broke under me while sitting. No bruises on me though. Emphasising the missing things makes it sound like a unrecommendable place witch is not at all my conclusion - just a suggestion of things to improve.
