In the heart of Lauderdale Beach, you'll find this lovely 2-bedroom getaway located in Fort Lauderdale. Nestled just a short 7-minute drive from the stunning Las Olas Beach and a 9-minute drive from the vibrant Las Olas Boulevard, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the best of the area.

Hosts were great, very clear instructions on accessing property and periodic updates over the duration of our stay.Great, private home with garage and back yard patio. Safe, quiet neighborhood in Lauderdale / North Fort Lauderdale area. Only a very short 2 minute walk to be on the beach. Close to Fort Lauderdale for a nice long walk.

Excellent location. Clean and well supplied. Only issue was noisy A/C which we were warned not to set lower then 72 under threat of paying for repairs.

Vacation/ business trip

The property was in a great location, direct beach access and easy access to main shopping areas within a 3 mile radius. Sabrina took care of us and the property owner was right across the street, who came over to take the trash can out for us on trash day. I would recommend this place.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience!The house was in great condition—slightly dated, but very functional and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Good value, nice location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming house, located just a short minute's walk from the beach. The neighborhood is mostly residential, offering a peaceful atmosphere with houses surrounding us, rather than towering high-rise condominiums. Access to the beach is convenient via a walkway nestled between the neighboring houses, making the walk to the shore no more than 120 yards. The provided beach chairs and umbrella in the garage came in handy during our beach outings. While the chairs show some wear from the salty environment, they served their purpose well. The house itself has a nostalgic, old-world charm. It was clean and comfortable overall, though some of the window cranks were stuck, preventing certain windows from opening.

Amazing location

This cute property is truly just across the street from the beach. There are beach access parks in either direction from the house. The house was clean, there were plenty of towels, and we loved the rooftop patio where we could sit when it was a bit too breezy on the beach. Great quiet neighborhood!

Our most important issue with Vacation property is location. This property is a five minute walk to the beach and it’s a beautiful beach. The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Restaurants such Shooters can walked to and many other restaurants are a short drive away. Shopping alternatives are available but require a car to get to. The property has a beautiful front patio to sit out front and enjoy a glass of wine before going to dinner.You can walk to the water taxi stop at Shooters and the airport is a short drive.The inside decor is somewhat old fashioned but very functional with everything you need to prepare a meal.We anticipate going back next year. The owners and managers are very responsive to any issues you may encounter.

Cozy beach cottage

This cute beach cottage is just steps to Fort Lauderdale beach in the quiet neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach. It comes with everything you need for a beach vacation! Many restaurants that you can walk to! Sabrina the property manager made things very simple and and was always available by phone or text message! I highly recommend!

Perfect location - great stay!

Great Beach House

The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is nice. Both bathrooms have enough room. The walk to the beach is quick. The week we stayed (before Memorial Day) we basically had a large section mostly to ourselves. It was glorious. If you don't mind walking a bit in the heat there are several restaurants within less than a half mile. But there is also a good amount of free and paid parking as well. It appears that a Publix is also being built right on the main road that leads into this neighborhood. Honestly you could have an uber drop you off here and be set for anything.

Great place!

Such a friendly and safe feeling neighborhood. Our neighbor told us about a little cut through to the beach that lots of people don't know about. It's public property and perfectly legal, just not obvious from the street. With the cut through, the walk to the beach is *maybe 90 seconds. I've stayed in beach front homes that were further from the water than this house. The home itself is very comfortable, everything you need is there. I will say it's definitely time for a pillow upgrade on the beds but that's a small item. I would have also been willing to pay a reasonable fee for early check in. Our plane got in at 8:15 and with 4:00 check in that's a long day. Also, when they say 4:00, they don't mean 3:59. Lock box code gets emailed to you at 4:00! Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone. Extremely reasonable price for so close to the beach.

Nice Florida Getaway

Our visit to Ft Lauderdale was great. We loved the property we stayed in. It was close to the beach and close to the activities and restaurants available in the area.

Wonderful property

This home was perfect for my partner andI I. It is an easy walk to the beach and the backyard was great for our 2 dogs. The house had everything we needed for our month long stay. We had a problem with the ac but the property manager and owner addressed our concern immediately and we had no further issues. This is a very nice home in a great location!
