A cozy, "lodge style" townhouse, perfect for a family ski trip. Home has "everything you could ask for" including a hot tub and warm fireplace.Super convenient location - just a short walk/drive to both the ski lifts and the heart of downtown.

Great condo for our week long stay. Right off the greenway and 5 min walk to downtown. The garage was nice to have as we brought bikes for a race in Sun Valley. Hot tub was great in the evenings to relax in.

Family Winter Getaway

An open floor plan, with lots of windows, and well equipped kitchen. A very well constructed home with extras of a hot tub, barbecue and plenty of games!

No Sleep = No Vaca!

So many issues with this property! First, we couldn't get into the condo until after check in time at 4pm as the maintenance man was still working inside it... we were told it would be about 25 minutes... not sure why he was there or what he was trying to fix. Secondly, the bed in the master bedroom was so hard it felt like cement. Thirdly, the gas stove top did not work at all. I contacted the Alpine office and told Esther the issues and she said, "Well what do you want me to do about it... there will be maintenance issues and we have no control over that." she was very rude so I asked if her manager could call me... well Barb the manager NEVER called back. I'm so frustrated and feel they should have offered some kind of comp for all our issues. Never again will I stay there!!!

The 3-level end townhome was very clean and is located steps from the biking path and a 10 minute walk to town. It is spacious and furnished very nicely (not cluttered) and we appreciated the quality kitchenware and appliances as we cooked breakfast each morning and prepared late afternoon snacks after hiking or biking. The mattresses are very comfortable -- memory foam in the master; plenty of linens, pillows, etc.... The garage was uncluttered and had sufficient room for our car. The deck is furnished with a nice table and umbrella, gas heater and grill. Everything was in working order except 3 items that we reported to the property manager: the bathroom sink was clogged; the fireplace remote in the primary bedroom was not working, and the propane gas tank for the deck heater was empty. The property manager responded quickly; however, we felt that these things could have been prevented prior to guests' arrival if a check list was followed during regular cleaning process Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay and family time

We were in town for a wedding and met up with our kids from out of town. The condo set up was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and we had plenty of space to gather and enjoy family time as well. The space is very nice and had everything we needed. Great location for activities and town.

Excellent location

Excellent location—a five minute walk into Ketchum to enjoy restaurants and shopping. The air-conditioning in the condo was wonderful during the stay. Kitchen is well-equipped and very usable. This was a comfortable condo for our family.

Ketchum Comfort

Details for check-in/out were explained well and easy. Townhome has all the comforts of home. Any problems we had were attended to promptly by Maintenance. We enjoyed all Ketchum has to offer.

Very nice, comfortable condo

Convenient location, easy access to bike/hike path and Bald Mtn. base, 10-15 minute walk to downtown Ketchum. Well maintained property with plenty of space for 2 couples.

The accommodations were clean, well maintained, extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the bike/walking trail, walking distance to downtown, and near the river. The description and photos were accurate, if anything it was nicer than depicted.Alpine Lodgings was the best! They took care of everything we needed, very accommodating. We have already booked the same place for next year!

Great location, spotless and comfortable

Our family of four had a great time at the condo for Labor Day weekend. The home is spotless and we had everything we needed. We love the location close to the bike path and town. The hot tub was a great addition after a long hike and we enjoyed dinners on the spacious deck.

Great Ketchum vacation!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo! Lots of space, right on the bike path so very convenient, easy walk to town, appreciates having the bikes, too! We would definitely return!

There were a few small things that made more annoying mostly because they're easy to fix -- no tea kettle, non working instant hot water by sink, non working ice-maker in fridge, no handles to open extremely heavy hot-tub cover. Again, overall this was a great place, so these are small complaints.
