Dive into a slice of paradise at the 102 Kona Riviera, a stunning ocean-front 1BR condo nestled in Kailua Kona. With its prime location, you'll wake up to breathtaking views, step out onto your private balcony, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves. This thoughtfully appointed retreat features all the essentials for a perfect getaway, from beach gear to a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Kona Riviera is an ocean front complex in the quaint town of Kailua-Kona. Please note that there are stairs leading down to unit 102. There is not an elevator.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
TELEVISION: TV'S located in Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We loved this condo!! The view was unbelievable, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching sunset each night. Location was great, parking at the complex was very easy. We also loved that this was a very small complex, we felt like this place was very private, which was exactly what we were hoping for. We would highly recommend this condo!

We always rent a condo that's ocean front and this unit did not disappoint. It's a small complex, which we liked. The pool is fabulous. It's warm and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook. It would be even better if there was a hood vent, but we would definitely book this unit again.

The pictures and the description was spot on. This place is turn key. Great bed. Surfers out in front most of the time. Fun to watch. Great location.

Beautiful Ocean Views

This place is just as advertised. The ocean waves are right out from the lanai. The condo is nicely remodeled and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing!! The view is unmatched, and having the ocean literally just outside the door is incredible. The sounds of the waves were mesmerizing. Inside, the property was exactly as pictured (or beyond), and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable, and other than the sounds of the ocean, it was very quiet. The windows along the side made the space feel larger, and with the privacy fence and plants, it felt as if we were in a much larger place. We would definitely recommend, and stay here again if we're back in Kona!

Family get away

This condo was newly updated, very clean and well equipped with cooking supplies, linens and gear. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the patio. Thank you!

My favorite Vrbo stay ever

Property was as described, clean, beautiful setting right on the ocean. Had everything in the rental we could need . Very nice recent update. Daily spent most of our awake time while here sitting outside enjoying the ocean. Have already sent the link for the place to my entire group. If available when we are back in Hawaii, We will try and stay here again. 1.5 mile walk to the restaurant district makes access there easy also. And just a couple of miles from grocery. Great point to head to most anywhere on the island from. Love this place.

Great Place to Stay in Kona

Loved this place. Loads of sunlight into unit with a lot of windows on two walls. Deck is right up against a sea wall with breaking waves into rocks and sea wall. Nice pool right off the deck. Large TV's in bedroom and living room. Excellent A/C throughout. Nice kitchen with large island. Plenty of quality beach accessories in outside closet. Great location not far from downtown Kona. Would definitely stay here again. My wife is very picky of the places I find, but she loved this one. That says a lot!

Absolute awesome place! Pictures will never do it justice. The sunset views and waves crashing in front of the lanai 24/7 are amazing. Place was clean, quiet, and convenient. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
