Location Location Location! There is no better 'oceanfront' condo location in Kona. It’s located on Alli Drive 1/2 way between Kailua-Kona & Keahou, so it's very quiet which makes sleeping very peaceful. There’s a designated parking spot right across from the elevator for your rental car. The a/c is powerful & quiet, also perfect for sleeping. The pool temp is perfect for lap swimming. The large lanai is an added bonus. There is a 55" Smart TV with basic cable in the living room with all the news channels if you enjoy keeping up with current world events. I especially want to thank the owner for the use of his 2 boogie boards that we made good use of at Hapuna Beach.

This condo is spectacular. The views are amazing, it was very clean and spacious. Kyle was fantastic to work with. The check-in and check out process were very easy. Highly highly recommend.

So glad we booked this property. The description and photos were accurate. The owner very responsive to any issues. What was a pleasant surprise was how roomy and quiet the corner unit was. We didn't hear any neighbors, only the crashing of the ocean waves. The location is fantastic, overlooking a surfing spot that seems to be a local favorite. Don't hesitate - book this rental. It was perfect for our family getaway.

This was a wonderful place with a huge lanai with a great view right on the water. We watched surfers and the sunset. The furniture was up-to-date and comfortable and the AC was excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We spent the majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the sunsets in the evenings and the early morning surfers with the sunrise. It was prettier than anticipated. The rooms were well a/c'd and comfortable. The parking was perfect. The instructions were easy to follow for beginning and ending our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster etc. The use of a washer and dryer was definitely a plus.We would love to come back!

Great place to stay in Kona

Kyle was awesome to work with. Very accommodating. Condo was clean, well furnished, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked. Great lanai, view and access to beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Awesome rental!

We had a lovely time exploring the Big Island while staying at Kyle’s condo. It came well equipped with everything we needed, and we had many meals from the lanai watching the ocean or the sunset. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent property with amazing views

We lucked out finding this property for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and had everything a family of two kids and two parents needed. Parking was extremely easy and included in with the property as was the pool and hot tub. The views from the balcony were amazing. I cannot recommend this location enough. We’ll be back.

Perfect Kona home

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Property is super clean with fantastic dream views of the ocean. Heart of Kona close to Magic Sands and downtown strip. Checkin was smooth and easy. No need to look anywhere else for us. We will be back!

Perfect

Location! Location! Location! Right on the ocean! Well stocked most of what you’ll need including beach towels, kitchen utensils, plates, beach chairs, pots, pans, swim fins, etc. Comfortable furniture. Gorgeous sunsets every night. We spent two very happy weeks here and hated to leave. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the grocery store which turned out to be very important. It was easier and way cheaper to prepare food rather than eat out.

Nice ocean view condo

Condo was easy to find with directions from host, spacious, updated and clean. Smaller complex which made parking easy and amenities available and nearly private. Easy check-in and out. The front door doesn’t have a deadbolt, but entrance to the elevator needs a code and stairs need a key. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great stay!

Great property. Very well cared for and very well equipped. Communication with owner was very good - he was super responsive both before and during the stay. Check in was smooth and easy. Unit was spotless on arrival and is exactly as described - with a great lanai right on the water. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed watching the surfers and sunsets. The building is small and well maintained. Everyone was quiet and friendly. The pool was never busy and great to sit out beside the ocean or for a quick swim. The location is perfect for exploring the island - short drive to many different activities and in to town for restaurants at night. Overall we highly recommend this unit and Kyle. Thankyou!

Nice condo with an amazing view

This was an am amazing anniversary vacation made better by the stay at this property. The view exceptional. The table and chairs out on the balcony made it a great place for coffee in the morning or watching the sun set over the ocean. We were able to either open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze or utilize the air conditioning and still be able to hear the waves against the rocks. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen of any property we have stayed at. By stocked I am referring to both pantry, cookware, and dishes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. There were extras included for activities like Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, and coolers that came in so handy. The property as a whole was quite and peaceful,. We didn't run into a lot of people when we came and went. The designated parking spot made it exceptionally easy and worry free. I would highly recommend this property to any couple or family coming to visit this amazing island.

What an amazing place!

This place was perfect for our vacation. We could sit on the big lanai and watch the waves, surfers, and sunsets, or cool down inside in air conditioned bliss. There was lots of beach gear, including snorkel gear for everyone. Kyle was very responsive and made sure everything went well. Highly recommended!

Fatastic Rental and Owner

Great property in a perfect location. Great owner. You can tell he's taken the time to really make sure the property is in optimal condition and there are lots of surprises including how well the kitchen is stocked for cooking. Sunsets are beautiful. Beds are comfy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay!

My wife and I booked 2 nights as a mini-anniversary get away from our larger family vacation spent at a large timeshare complex. I really wish the main part of our stay had been at this rental instead. We loved watching the waves hit the rocks, watching surfers in the am. The filtered water pitcher in the fridge was a welcome surprise after a hot day. The Air conditioners worked fabulously-which I appreciated. The downside to the air conditioners was that when they were on, they vent to the lanai so it makes it pretty warm. We tried to deflect it with some chairs to make it manageable, which it mostly did. Still, the views from the lanai were incredible, I loved the wooded lot next door and the bird and animal sounds it allowed. The unit was very quiet, I really didn't hear any neighbors until I was on the lanai in the morning and someone else was as well. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!
