Birch Bay is a lakefront oasis featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with multiple living spaces, a massive kitchen perfect for entertaining, wood burning fireplace, lakeview Copper soaking tub in master bath, multi level deck and lakeside patio with a large fire pit and several multiple gathering areas.

Perfect home for a small family celebration, couples weekends or girls get-away. Close to all the best restaurants on Gull Lake. Easy access to Baxter, boutique shopping in Nisswa, local spas and golf courses.

Home features an outdoor wood burning pizza oven. Curate your stay with a private pizza party. Pizza oven is only available with an advance booking with our private chef.

PET POLICY
-Birch Bay is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional $150 fee if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement
