1000 Mbps WiFi, two dedicated workspaces, ring lights and printer for remote work.

The place was designed to be open, bright and airy with high ceilings and outstanding water views from all living areas and the Master bedroom. New Italian ceramic flooring, and soft LED lighting adds to Mediterranean feel.

Master Bedroom has a luxury California King frame with dual adjustable mattresses and massage features. Bedroom 2 and 3 have new Queen beds while Bedroom 4 has a full size Sofa bed, but can also be used as a den or office. The second living room also has 2 sofa beds, a queen mattress pullout in the leather sofa and a twin mattress pullout in the leather Ottoman. Black out drapes in 3 bedrooms.

Modern kitchen, featuring many useful appliances to help unleash your inner gourmet. Enjoy watching the birdlife and turtles poolside after preparing your morning coffee from a coffee station with Keurig + drip, starter pods. Water cooler with hot and cold spring water included.

Brand new exterior deck and Captain’s walk, with accent lighting, allows you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living day and night. 4 burner BBQ, patio dining table for 6 and dockside table and 4 chairs enable multiple outdoor living options.

Fenced-in Dog Run, with plenty of shady areas, allows both you and your pets to enjoy the Florida outdoors without the worries of “time to go out”.

Perfect getaway

We had an incredible stay! The property was spotless and well-maintained, and the pool was definitely the highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and peaceful. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Fall Getaway

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable in a quiet well kept neighborhood. The large kitchen is well equipped and found nothing lacking when preparing meals. The pool was crystal clear and we spent a lot of time there relaxing and enjoying the lake view. Gus & Milo loved the dog run. Overall we highly recommend this property and look forward to scheduling a future stay. Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay.

We are experienced travellers ( 104 countries and counting - my company supports humanitarian and disaster relief agencies) and have stayed in hundreds of STR’s over the years. We think we know what guests want : a great experience with no problems. We’ll do our best to provide that.

We visited Cape Coral many times as tourists and love the waterfront living so we decided to buy a place. This neighborhood is quiet and safe and offers the best of lakeside living.

It’s also close to great restaurants, shopping,
golf courses and first rate medical care.

Wildlife abounds with birds, butterlies, rabbits, turtles and great lake fishing.

We also loved that the home was spacious and had no stairs.

We are very pet friendly. Our side yard includes a fenced in dog run as well as a pet door from the lanai.

We also offer 2 dedicated work spaces, with 1000 mbps wifi, ring lights, ergonomic office chairs and a printer.

The master also has a luxury California King with dual adjustable bed frames and massage features. The 3 main bedrooms all have black out drapes
