The property manager’s communication was not as expected as we had no heat upon arrival during record cold weather, the light above the kitchen table didn’t work. Space heaters were provided until the furnace was turned on one day after arrival. The house wasn’t very clean and appeared mistreated. The kitchen light was not repaired during our stay.
