We chose this neighborhood for the beautiful view of the Saint Clair River and the central location between Marysville and the downtown area of Port Huron.

The St. Clair River is a major shipping route with a lot of commercial traffic. The average daily marine traffic on the St. Clair River is 34 large and medium vessels and many of these travel directly past the property. Directly across the river you will likely see freighters docking and even turning around when they leave.
