Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat in Inlet Beach! This stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is nestled in a picturesque neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The community offers a pool that's heated during the winter months, ensuring year-round relaxation and fun. With a prime location and thoughtful amenities, this home is ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy the best of what the area has to offer.

On the first floor, you'll find an inviting open-concept living space. The living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, flows seamlessly into a fully-equipped kitchen, making it perfect for gathering with family and friends. Also on this floor is a spacious king bedroom and a full bathroom, offering convenience and comfort for guests.

Moving to the second floor, there are two guest bedrooms. One room is designed with versatility in mind, featuring a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, complete with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary king suite on this floor is a true sanctuary, boasting a luxurious rainfall shower, double vanity, and a large soaking tub. A private balcony off the primary suite offers a peaceful retreat for morning coffee or evening relaxation. For added convenience, the second-floor laundry room is easily accessible to all.

The third floor offers even more space to unwind. Here, you'll find an additional living area with another sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests or for lounging after a day at the beach. Step out onto the expansive balcony, which is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, lounge seating, and a dining table—ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining. This floor also features a king bedroom and a shared full bathroom, making it a perfect haven for additional guests.

This home also comes with four complimentary bikes, and access to the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center & Racquet Club. Beautifully decorated & great use of space

Loved this home for our brief stay. It was extremely clean and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. My sister is a great cook, and she was impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. The home backs up to a somewhat sketchy gas station, so we got some noise at night from that direction, but, on the plus side, the house is only about 2-3 blocks from the beach. We rode our (thoughtfully provided) bikes there each day, which was wonderful.

Summer Vacation

We came to Inlet Beach for our annual visit to 30A. Sandy Bottoms was absolutely perfect for my 17 year old son and his friends. The 3rd floor had an additional family seating area that the boys enjoyed having. Especially since it had a TV for them to play video games on and the extra space outside with the 3rd floor deck. The only snag we hit was the broken dishwasher. Management did address the problem and sent out a new dishwasher. But it was on Friday and we left on Saturday. So we didn't have a chance to enjoy it. The bikes were a nice touch and were used by everyone. I would definitely recommend Sandy Bottoms as a great home for parents and kids to enjoy and have their separate spaces. Plus it was so close to Rosemary Beach and all of the amenities there. Overall it was a very nice property.

Nice Place, Great Location, But Floors Dirty, Shower Hardware Broken and Video Game Console Unusable

The place looked just as advertised. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. We easily parked 3 cars in the driveway. The third floor game area and outdoor deck were fantastic. It was clear that all of the houses in this enclave were vacation rentals, though others had a different property manager. We did book through VRBO, though they added no value; all communication after booking was done through the Property Management Company, Sandpiper Vacation Rental. So just book directly if you want to book this place and avoid VRBO fees. The instructions were a bit confusing....we received information that the locks were a special hurricane design, and to watch the video on the email to see how they operate, but there was no video. And the locks were standard. I didn't find the management company useful. The floors looked clean enough, but each night, even when we only stayed inside all day, our bare feet were filthy. It was a real surprise. Two of the showers had both rain and hand-held shower heads, with a lever to switch between. Those levers didn't work. Both shower heads were on always. We tried to change it....someone needs to go through the property and really check to ensure things work as advertised. That includes the advertised game console on the top floor. It sounded fantastic. The unit would start up, but we never were able to get one game to work. Next time we rent in the area, we'll look for a different property. Not that this one was terrible, but it wasn't good enough to want to come back to. Had everything worked as expected, and those floors been clean, we'd probably rent again.

Loved the house and the location

The good thing of this area is that it is located on the left corner of Rosemary beach, an area where the beach is less densely populated and the house is just 250 yards from the beach. It is a lovely house with nice furniture, equipment and decoration. You can also walk or bike to Rosemary and the restaurants. We had a great time there. We found only one equipment not working (ice machine), but given the tremendous support supply chain issues along these days, these are things that can happen. All in all I strongly recommend it!

Excellent condition

Property was great!! I suggest you install a water hose on the outside hydrant. Extremely difficult to rinse umbrellas and beach chairs. Also, property was a little too far from the beach for the money we paid for it. Otherwise we did thoroughly enjoy our visit!!!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We stayed at Sandy Bottoms with our 3 teenagers for Spring Break and had a great time. The location was perfect! Close enough to good restaurants and shopping but removed from the crowds. Beach was a very short walk down the street and Rosemary was within biking distance. Seaside was about a 20-30 min drive. House was very clean and well stocked. The boys loved the second living room space on the 3rd floor and claimed that area for playing video games and hanging out. Only thing that would have made our stay better would have been if there were 2 beach rental chairs/umbrella included with our stay in addition to the 2 bikes. Kids have already asked when we can come back again!

Great Family Vacation Choice!

Lovely home with beautiful sunset views! The house is situated nicely in the small, nine house community. We loved having beach supplies! (beach towels, wagon, chairs, etc.) The floorplan worked very well for two couples, a single & a mom & three year old. It was so nice to have the large dinning table with glass covering the top for meals & games. It's 99% perfect! If I had to make a suggestion, it would be more drawer space in the family bedroom. Our daughter was able to work around that for herself & her toddler since it was just the two of them. If her husband had been able to make it, it would have been more difficult but it definitely wouldn't prevent us from renting this amazing house again though. Thanks, Jill!

Happy Place

It’s our second year using this property and once again it was great, comfortable, safe and clean. There was a couple of glitches which I expressed to the property manager and she tried to accommodate us immediately but due to COVID-19 we passed on what she offered because we were quarantining safely. We made recommendations for future tenants. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Great Stay

The location to the beach and Rosemary beach. The rooms were nice and clean and large enough for our family. Seamless check in and check out process. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and they had all the beach accessories you would need.

Covid Getaway...

This home was a perfect way to escape yet feel safe during these trying times. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and the property manager let us know before hand and was quick to respond when we texted with questions. I will say...the cleaning was good but some areas you could tell the cleaning crew rushed through them. We came prepared and went over every door knob and light switch with Clorox wipes before settling in. We still have a lovely stay!

By the end of May, we were ready for a trip. Sandy Bottoms turned out to be the best choice for our family. The configuration of the home was perfect for the 8 of us. The pool, vicinity of beach and 3rd floor rooftop were key to this home. Teenage girls 14-16 were thrilled to be able to bike around the area.

I would definitely recommend to others and I would rent again. The only negative at all was the wifi did not work well. However, this was overshadowed by all of the many positives. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home. Enjoyed eating at Goatfeathers and other restaurants in that shopping center. Loved the beach access.

A few hiccups when we first arrived but property manager was amazing and got everything squared away quickly. Loved the set up of the property. Spacious layout. Fully stocked kitchen. And everything we needed was about a 15 minute drive to "The Pier." Parking is a little bit tricky with multiple cars and the front door does not have a curtin (which can be uncomfortable at night)but thats just nit picking.
