Amazing Bachelorette Weekend

I stayed here with my family and friends for my bachelorette! It was so clean and gorgeous. Quick walk to all the shops, beach, and restaurants in Rosemary. We couldn’t get over how beautiful it all was!! The beds were so comfortable as well and the property management was responsive and checking in over text. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Excellent stay

Beautiful property. Lots of room. Took my 92 yo grandma to the beach. Elevator made that possible. Only issue is that fire alarm went off at 2 am on our last night and had to get up to disconnect it Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Lovely home; great location

We enjoyed our stay at Thyme and Place. We are an extended family of grandparents, parents and children. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us. It is unfortunate there is no bathroom on the 4th level but the bunkroom up there was so much fun the kids didn't mind. The management company was very responsive to our needs (microwave didn't work; fridge icemaker didn't work). They quickly brought another microwave and were able to unstick the freezer. We will certainly stay in this home again! The beach toys in the box on the deck and the bicycles were a huge blessing to us!!

Spring Break

Terrific Spring Break stay. House is well appointed and in a wonderful location. Sitting area up top was lovely day and night. Would definitely rent again. Rental companies seem to be pushing back check in times one hour each year. 5pm CST (6pm EST) is simply too late as you lose the entire day. This needs to change.

Wedding weekend

We were very disappointed that there was no bathroom on the top floor not sure why didnt know that. they people staying up on that floor had no where to go to the bathroom or shower unless they went down to floors and use other peoples showers. There was a toilet a floor down which was very inconvience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay at Thyme and Place. The property was just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and there were ample towels for each person. The location was really close to town and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The property managers were extremely responsive to our requests when necessary. We had a few issues with smoke alarm batteries being low and chirping, but the management company responded immediately. The only drawback was that the grill wasn't working properly which was a bummer as we like to cook at home.

Family New Year’s getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was traveling with a group of 10, for a New Year’s holiday. We found time and place to be lovely. The beds were very comfortable the kitchen was well stocked, pots and pans and dishware. We are huge fans of Rosemary Beach, and it never disappoints. The management was very responsive, we had to issues one with one of the bikes and the other with the heat. They came to the house the day they were called to address the problem. The heat was never fixed but it was tolerable it seemed the heat worked fine on the first and second floor just not the third floor . The only other complaint was it seems that there was not a lot of hot water, perhaps they had the water heater turned down a bit. Otherwise the house was spectacular would definitely stay there again.

Thyme and Place review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved Thyme and Place. The property seemed a bit worn, however. A guest of ours tripped on a loose brick in the back walkway and sprained her ankle. The steps in the back need to have a railing and there needs to be improved light at night...There was a light out over the stove, a light in the bunkroom was loose from the wall, the toilet paper holder in the master bath was loose from the wall. Some of the beach chairs were rusted and one broke when we took it to the beach while I was sitting in it. A bike had a flat tire. These things made me wonder why I had paid so much to rent this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has spent the last 8 years in RB for Spring Break and we like the idea of periodically changing rental homes. For spring break we have been more than pleased with previous rentals and were delighted that Thyme and Place did not disappoint. The home is well cared for and nicely equipped. The only thing that proved inconvenient was the lack of a bathroom for the top level bedroom and living space. Absent that, the home layout is fabulous and the location is great. As important as the actual home itself is the service from the rental company. Chris and his team were stellar and professional at all times. We had a minor issue and the response was quick. It is possible that we would rent Thyme and Place again in the future and it is definite that we will have Chris assist with future rentals.

Wonderful last minute booking

We decided to cancel our stay and luckily found this beautiful home last minute!! Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and the rental company itself!! Would definitely stay here again! Great location. Pool nearby and walking distance to beach! 4 king suites with a separate bunk room! Elevator was so convenient for bringing supplies to third floor living area! Cannot say enough wonderful things about the property! Had a small issue with the toilet in downstairs bathroom not wanting to flush. Called management and they immediately sent someone out to take care of it!! Kitchen was well stocked and there is a lovely covered sitting area on the roof which was lovely!
