Nice owners and area

The owners are very nice! Property is in a gorgeous neighborhood. Apartment is spacious and as described. There was an issue w parking but it all worked out. Communication could have been a bit better but that's ok. Also, the floors needed cleaned as did the throws on the couch but overal a nice space. Would use again.

Quick overnight stop

Rental is in basement of home. Although clean and functional it could use a little bit more work to improve guests experience. Need to have a small light on when entering so you can find light switches. Labels on those would help. Full kitchen is nice but do remember to have at least one serving of coffee. However, cute coffee shops and nice walks in parks are only a few minutes drive from home. Wouldn’t want to stay for days but very adequate for one night and an hour from Midway airport.

Nice Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this new apartment. Nice decor, spacious, and comfortable beds! Host was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
