The master bedroom has a full bathroom attached with a walk-in shower.
The remaining bedrooms share an additional bathroom that is conveniently located nearby, just across the hall. The open-concept living area is the perfect space for a family or group of friends to relax in comfort and style while having plenty of space to spread out. The bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, so you can be sure to get a good night's sleep. Outside, you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the private backyard oasis! Is the spa pool heated?
Yes, but it’s an optional charge of $75 per day. It is a SPA pool, meaning that it can reach to hot-tub temperatures! Payment & request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is ready for you when you get here!

Early check-in?
- Possibly. Because the booking calendar is constantly changing, we won't know if an early check-in is possible until a few days prior to your arrival. Please contact us a few days before your stay if you’d like to request an early check-in.

Late check-out?
- Possibly. If we don’t have a check in that same day or scheduled repairs we’re happy to extend check-out for up to 1 hour.

No EVENTS. Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are approved with the expectation that the home will be booked for at least 2 nights.

Guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 Cleaning Fee.

Scottsdale has adopted a new noise ordinance to help protect the neighbors and neighborhood from unruly/loud vacation rental properties. This ordinance shall pertain to any and all properties located in Scottsdale, AZ. If the police are called for a party or noise disturbance, a fine of up to $2,500 can be assessed to the guests.
