The lower level includes two guest bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with 2 twin beds. This waterfront gem includes 50 ft of excellent deep-water dockage, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Make yourself (& your boat) right at home with a quick 9-minute cruise out to the open ocean.

Enjoy 3 outdoor covered terraces, one for each floor (ground level, main level, and top floor.) Casa Cayo hosts a large, luxurious pool and an additional summer (outdoor) kitchen for all your culinary adventures. Covered parking is available. Coco Plum Beach is just up the road and easily within walking distance from the home. Enjoy a handful of complimentary amenities available for guest use: kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards. With stunning water views from every angle, this is the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway!

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.
