この新しい家では、リラックスした家族の休日に必要なすべてが見つかります。快適なダンロピロダブルベッドと可動式シングルベッド2台を備えた4つの広々としたベッドルーム。 2つの大きなバスルーム-1つはダブルシャワー付き、もう1つはシャワーとバスタブ付き。 食器洗い機や必要なその他の電化製品を備えた設備の整ったキッチン。 テレビ、ビデオ、プレイステーションを備えたリビングルーム。
非常に広々とした260m2のガーデン/テレスには、快適な堅木、オリーブアーモンドの木、ラベンドのティム、ロズマリー、その他の花に囲まれた7.5x5.5mのプライベートプールがあります。 ハードウッドのガーデン家具：8人用のサンベッド、テーブル、椅子。 家からは壮大な海の景色を眺めることができます。 家は、ビーチと小さな村セルベールまで徒歩圏内の丘の上に位置しています。

Spaceous Villa with a view

We had a nice stay in this lovely villa with a view! The view is on the sea and on the mountains. The house is very spaceous and very well decorated. The kids enjoyed all the lego in the house and the big pool outside. We hope to come here again one day.

Wonderful!

The house is wonderful. It is modern, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It has a lovely pool and incredible views of Cap Cerbere. Even though the temperatures got up to 36 deg.C some days, the house remained comfortable because of the lovely breeze coming off the sea.

This house is lovely, fabulous views, comfortable and well equipped. If you don’t like winding roads and sheer drops it’s not for you, but if you want fabulous views and are up to the driving challenge it’s more than worth it. Excellent hosts and lovely swimming pool. One of the best houses we have ever stayed in. Collioure, just a short drive away is well worth a visit, so to is Banyuls-sur-Mer. If you want a long, flat walk by the sea, then Argeles sur Mer is good. Thank you to kind hosts.

Very nice house with at view

The house is spacious and modern with a fantastic view from the upper floor. It has everything you need to feel at home. Nicely decorated with a touch of Lego. One thing to note though is that the house is located high above the village on a hill. The beach is therefore not really within walking distance and you will need a car.

On arrival nothing was to much for the Key holder and we received a welcome pack which was a surprise....The house was very clean and tidied. The rooms where spacious and well presented. The pool was immaculate and the patio area clean and tidy. Slightly difficult to find in the first place but once found well worth the effort as the views were beautiful. Internet access was easy and service excellent as we run our own Company very important for us to be available. Kitchen appliances where clean and lots of space for cooking. Would highly recommend for a group or family and like us for a couple. Only one commend and certainly not a criticism I would take my own bath towels....we took swimming towels but wish we had taken others....We would certainly go to this villa again....

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Vue imprenable sur la mer à l’étage, mais pas à la piscine suite autre construction.Le gîte est difficile à trouver ( 2 adresses diff) Mais dans l’ensemble bon séjour.

Pfingsturlaub 2024

Wir hatten ein schönen Urlaub, allerdings ist die Ferienwohnung schon in die Jahre gekommen.Der Pool wurde erst ein Tag nach unser Ankunft gereinigt und geöffnet. War für ein paar Tage nicht benutzbar. Die Poolliegen waren zum teil kaputt. Die Spühlmaschiene war defekt und hat es eine Woche gebraucht um die auszutauschen. In der Dusche hat das Wasser immer getropft und das wurde bis zur unser Auszug nicht repariert. Dafür wurden wir mit ein Atemberaubende Ausblick auf Meer belohnt. Die Gegend ist wirklisch sehr schön. Unten in der Stadt sind kleine Läden und die kleine Patiserie ist Goldwert. Wir werden definitiv wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen, allerdings nicht mehr in diese Fehrienwohnung. MfG Fam. Meier

Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans votre villa. La maison etait parfaite, tous y etait pour nous faciliter la vie et avoir un confort plus qu optimal. La terrasse top, la piscine exeptionnelle et cette vue... j ai du mal a trouver le mot adequat : feerique ca en mettait plein les yeux. Nous avons adore notre séjour et passé une semaine de reve. Nous reviendrons :)

Schönes Haus in Traumlage

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage, vor allem der Meerblick, ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Gitte und Peter Jakobsen und Mme Levacher war schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für das leckere Begrüßungsgeschenk!!

Wenn es 6 Sterne gäbe, würden wir 6 vergeben

Grandioser Ausblick auf Mittelmeer und Bergküste. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet, luxuriös offener Wohn- Essbereich mit riesigen Glasfenstern. Im oberen Bereich sind drei Veranden, eine nach vorne zum Mittelmeer, eine ausgestattete Barbecue Lounge seitlich (mit Meerblick) und eine hintere mit Blick Richtung spanische Küstenlandschaft. Ein Pool mit großer Liegefläche und ausreichend vielen schönen Holzliegen befindet sich auf der unteren Veranda. Die komplette Ausstattung ist hochwertig, sehr geschmackvoll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die himmlische Ruhe kam gratis oben drauf. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und den Verwaltern war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und flott. Ein ganz tolles Urlaubserlebnis.

Belle maison sur les hauteurs de Cerbère .

Très belle maison , spacieuse et très agréable . Notre séjour était extra et nous avons bien profité de toutes les excursions possibles . Le coin est superbe. et l'Espagne vraiment toute proche !

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!

Der Blick auf das Meer, die tolle Einrichtung, die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, der Pool - alles war einfach toll! In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Städtchen zu entdecken, ob auf der französischen oder spanischen Seite. Wir sind auch viel gewandert und haben einige Buchten entdeckt, die wir in der Nebensaison ganz für uns allein hatten! Leckere Restaurants, toller Wein - einfach ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Danke an die Gastgeber und Mr. Levacher für den netten Empfang & die vielen Tipps.
