Whether you're planning a family trip, a friends' getaway, or work trip, our spacious property offers everything you need. With two distinct living spaces; a sophisticated split-level studio and a beautifully lit, gallery-like home – accommodate large groups while maintaining privacy and comfort.
This property has two separate spaces where you'll find:
- A house with four bedrooms: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, and additionally a sofa bed in the living room. Rooms are equipped with smart TVs, Wi-Fi access throughout, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen.
- A studio separate from the house that offers complete privacy and accommodates up to three guests with its king bed and sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with all the essentials for light meal prepping.
Parking:Maximum of 4 car can fit.
Guests will have access to the entire home in the front as well as the studio in the back.
Please note: To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.

➢CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights.

➢ After 8 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night.
➢ If there are any undisclosed guests, there will be a $500 fine per person.

➢ Smoking is to take place outside, only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine.
➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.
➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...
➢Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it.
