Recently remodeled contemporary beach house, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, invites you to create unforgettable memories with loved ones.

With nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, the large kitchen, complete with a dining table and bar seating, is the heart of this home, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each bedroom, equipped with a smart TV, offers comfort and relaxation, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected.

Situated just 1 mile from the beach, this pet-friendly paradise includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, ready for your culinary adventures. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area and a gas grill for shared meals under the stars. Linens, bath, and beach towels, and beach gear—chairs, a cart, blanket, and cooler—are provided, ensuring you focus on what truly matters: making cherished memories with family and friends.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Wonderful stay

Everything was super clean and easy. The house was well stocked (with tons of towels) and the backyard was amazing. Would definitely stay again...it was great!

Great stay and location!

This house was perfect for a family of 6 + a grandchild. Exactly as outlined in the listing and the touches around the house were there as to make you feel welcomed in the home. Directions, how-tos and all information was clear. Even small amenities were great! My wife said she really liked the house and would do this same house again, if available.

Above and Beyond Expectations

The house was amazing! They had everything you’d need to enjoy a long stay. From beach chairs and towels to a kitchen full of all your needs. They had a closet full of towels so all 10 of us had plenty to use. Beds and space in the house was great for all 10 of us. The pool was well maintained and an awesome benefit. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. There was even a bag of ice in the freezer waiting for us! They didn’t use cheap products either the toilet paper was actually useable and plentiful unlike most places we’ve stayed. They had nice body wash, conditioner, and shampoo in each bathroom. Only thing to be mindful of is parking, we had 2 larger SUVs and a larger truck and we barely fit without having the last car sideways. The house is about 15 minutes drive to the beach and the downtown area of Neptune beach. Over all highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice pool oasis, clean house, safe neighborhood, and able to hold large groups.

Amazing Family Vacation!

Our family spent our Spring Break here and we were blown away by this property. We are familiar with Jacksonville Beach and were unsure of location at first but having stayed there for a week, we couldn’t have been happier. The house was exceptionally clean and perfectly stocked with everything we could’ve wanted to enjoy a day at the beach or just lounge around the house. The house looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It’s within a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, bars and restaurants. Adventure Landing is right around the corner. Would stay again in a heartbeat! 10/10!

Amazing

We had a large group of mental health therapists all attending a conference in Jacksonville, this property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked (much appreciated) and the management company was very attentive and helpful. The outdoor space was great, again we had 10 women and everyone had space to be. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat. We didn't get a chance to use all the extras but if I came back with small kids, this would be my #1 choice! Thank you for a great stay!

Even though the temperatures were cool outside. The pool and hot tub made the trip much more enjoyable. The guys loved watching TV outside. Very clean and very nice neighbors.

Beautiful home

I booked this home for my son's homecoming after being deployed for 8 months. I wanted a place that provided comfort and relaxation after being gone for so long. The management company was wonderful to work with. They were very good about communicating with us making sure everything was perfect for our stay. This house provides a wonderful hot tub as well as a heated pool which was so nice. The owner noticed that the pool wasn't heating up properly and made it a point to come over and fix it so that we could continue to enjoy it. They offer a firepit but due to the rainy weather, we weren't able to enjoy that but did leave the firewood we bought for another renter. It is a quiet neighborhood which was so nice. When looking for a place to rent, I always look to see what others say about the comfort of the beds and not many every mention them so I will. The beds were so comfortable. We all slept like babies in them. Pillows were great as well. Some places have pillows that are to hard making a not-so-great night sleep. The house is very well stocked with everything you need to make a meal at the house as well as toiletries, etc. This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in JAX. Beautiful Home

The house and outdoor space was beautiful. The backyard setup was absolutely perfect. The heated pool was amazing and made the not so great weather forgettable.

Great getaway house

We went down for the week of Thanksgiving and my sons 7th birthday. Check in was easy and we were surprised as a birthday card was waiting on the kitchen counter, so this was a great way to start the trip and brought a smile to my sons face. The hot tub and heated pool were great as was the outdoors tv! We also like how the bedrooms were spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach and restaurants are close by. Island Donuts was a fantastic breakfast spot.

Awesome family bonding time!

We had three generations of our family here for 5 nights and it was fantastic! We were in Jax for my son's wedding which was downtown. The weather was great and we spent most of our time in the heated pool and hot tub, also taking advantage of the covered patio to get a break from the son. The interior of the house seemed newly renovated, very clean, and had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay. SmartTVs in every bedroom were a plus but honestly we had so much fun hanging out together outside that we didnt use them much. 5 min drive to beach / pier with plenty of parking there, or ride one of the bikes there in 10 min. Only thing that would have improved the stay would have been a third bathroom, but we knew what we were getting into and made it work!

Anniversary trip

Huge, beautiful property! Enjoyed spending time both inside and outside. Only <10 minute drive to beach, restaurants, & grocery store. Beds were comfortable. Appreciate all the seasonings, spices, coffee filters, paper goods that were provided. The outside patio area was great to relax. Pool and hot tub are perfect.

Great place to stay!!

We were looking for somewhere to stay in Jacksonville while my son was being treated at Mayo Clinic but also convenient to the beach for the rest of the family while we were there This place was perfect.Just minutes away from both Mayo & beach.:The layout was perfect for spending time with family.It was clean &; very well stocked.The pool & outdoor space was our favorite place to hang out.The kids enjoyed the ping pong table & rode bikes.Everything you need for a Beach day is provided.The owners really thought of everything & were very nice &: responsive.I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville.You won't be disappointed!

Backyard Oasis

Wonderful location and house!

This house was perfect for our family. They have all the kids gear, the pool was perfect, and the location is great. The property manager was very attentive throughout our stay as well.

Best vacation rental ever!

Sandy Shores was probably our favorite home rental we’ve ever had! It was spotless on arrival, had comfy beds and bedding, and incredibly well stocked with anything and everything you could imagine - beach chairs, toys, bikes, beach and bath towels, games, and a kitchen with a million basics and pots/pans, blenders, wine glasses, and plastic dishes for the pool. The pool was so nice - heated with beautiful outdoor lighting, comfy lounge chairs and a hot tub! We ended up driving to the beach, but could have easily ridden bikes. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs!! Management was super responsive when needed. Loved it. Hope to stay again.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful inside and out, some if the pool floats had some holes so we bought our own which wasn’t a problem. Overall the house the perfect the outside was like a little paradise in itself. The inside had games and bean bag chairs for all guest. Location was great 10 mins away from a shopping center.

Rest your mind

This property meet its expectations for what was advertised. The backyard is a wonderful place to relax with family and to wind down your day. Owners were very responsive and kind. Went above and beyond both providing information before arrival and while onsite. Would use this company and work with these owners again.
