Welcome to your ultimate Jacksonville Beach getaway, where fun, relaxation, and comfort meet. Step into your private backyard oasis, complete with sparkling pool, soothing hot tub, and shaded cabana seating - the perfect spot for lazy afternoons or nighttime chats by the fire pit. For those who love to say active, enjoy your very own pickleball court and putting green, bringing resort-style fun right to your backyard. Whether it's sunny pool days, evening soaks under the stars, or simply swinging in the hammock, this home is built for making memories.

With nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, the large kitchen, complete with a dining table and bar seating, is the heart of this home, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV, offering comfort and relaxation, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected. Everyone will have a comfortable place to rest after a day in the sun.

Situated just 1 mile from the beach, this pet-friendly paradise includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, ready for your culinary adventures. Enjoy the convenience of provided bikes for exploring the neighborhood, plenty of outdoor seating, and games for the whole family. Beach towels and beach gear—chairs, a wagon, blanket, and cooler—are provided, ensuring you focus on what truly matters: making cherished memories with family and friends.

This property is just under 15 minutes to Mayo Clinic

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

The hosts were very pleasant and responsive! This place was very clean and had everything. We very much enjoyed the pickle ball court, jacuzzi and golf putting green!! We plan to return again some day!

Wonderful location and house!

This house was perfect for our family. They have all the kids gear, the pool was perfect, and the location is great. The property manager was very attentive throughout our stay as well.

Backyard Oasis

Anniversary trip

Huge, beautiful property! Enjoyed spending time both inside and outside. Only <10 minute drive to beach, restaurants, & grocery store. Beds were comfortable. Appreciate all the seasonings, spices, coffee filters, paper goods that were provided. The outside patio area was great to relax. Pool and hot tub are perfect.

Great stay and location!

This house was perfect for a family of 6 + a grandchild. Exactly as outlined in the listing and the touches around the house were there as to make you feel welcomed in the home. Directions, how-tos and all information was clear. Even small amenities were great! My wife said she really liked the house and would do this same house again, if available.

Great getaway house

We went down for the week of Thanksgiving and my sons 7th birthday. Check in was easy and we were surprised as a birthday card was waiting on the kitchen counter, so this was a great way to start the trip and brought a smile to my sons face. The hot tub and heated pool were great as was the outdoors tv! We also like how the bedrooms were spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach and restaurants are close by. Island Donuts was a fantastic breakfast spot.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful inside and out, some if the pool floats had some holes so we bought our own which wasn’t a problem. Overall the house the perfect the outside was like a little paradise in itself. The inside had games and bean bag chairs for all guest. Location was great 10 mins away from a shopping center.

This property meet its expectations for what was advertised. The backyard is a wonderful place to relax with family and to wind down your day. Owners were very responsive and kind. Went above and beyond both providing information before arrival and while onsite. Would use this company and work with these owners again.

Amazing

We had a large group of mental health therapists all attending a conference in Jacksonville, this property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked (much appreciated) and the management company was very attentive and helpful. The outdoor space was great, again we had 10 women and everyone had space to be. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat. We didn't get a chance to use all the extras but if I came back with small kids, this would be my #1 choice! Thank you for a great stay!
