Have stayed here three times now and every time it has been well worth it! The host is friendly and responds quickly to any question you may have. All amenities are in place and it's quiet! Always enjoy our stay.

The jail was awesome, great to see something old reused instead of getting rid of. It was easy to find and very easy and convenient to get your belongings inside and set up for your stay. Very clean, has a full kitchen, linens, extra blankets, an extra small heater, & an extra table fan. It Has three twin size beds, one of which is a bunk bed. It has a parking spot on the side of the building. Susan was very quick to get back to us if there was a question. Short walk to the Main Street for coffee this morning and take a browse around the shop while your coffee is being made. Having a beverage at one of local bars/saloons, general store and it has everything you could need.

This is an amazing place to stay! I had a great time, it is very cozy and close to everything in town. The renovations on it look great and it’s so cool that it used to be a jail. Susan is a great host and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Augusta.

Very clean little rental, perfect for a quick getaway. Plan to stay here again. Didn’t sleep well, only reason I can think is that there aren’t blinds on the bedroom window, and there are lights around the neighborhood, so it is bright. Would love to see curtains, otherwise no complaints!

Great place to stay. Very accommodating host. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night, which was unfortunate, no fire, but the host came right over and handled the situation well. Very happy overall.

Staying in a refurbished original old jail house was worth the stay and I found it humorous that the bars were left over the windows, that just made it all the more worthwhile! The living space was clean and tidy and all the amenities a person needs were accounted for. I also liked the fact that it was right in town. Definitely recommend it to anyone!

Sunday morning we were woken very early by noise from forklift operator and idling truck right outside rental window. Kitchen sink developed a leak.

I really enjoyed my stay at this one-of-a-kind rental! The refurbished jail was exactly as described—very clean, surprisingly comfortable, and full of character. The host did a great job maintaining the space and making it welcoming. It was a little tricky to find at first, but once we got there, everything was smooth. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

The jail was an unusual option, but it was a wonderful experience. The remodel was very well done. Everything was first class, including the thick Brooks Brothers towels. I had my best sleep in over a week. The host, Susan, had everything available for us and also answered any questions that we had. The town is very cute and the local market has everything you need if you’ve forgotten something. Awesome experience, outstanding property.
