The fully fenced yard adds extra privacy, and you’re just minutes from Wellington Mall, top-rated restaurants, championship golf courses, and world-class equestrian events including polo. Plus, it’s only 25 minutes to the beach and downtown West Palm Beach.
Need more space? A separate 2-bed, 1-bath guesthouse with its own living room and full kitchen is also available to rent on the property.

Originally from Sweden, we’ve called sunny Florida home for over 12 years now. We live in Wellington and love the lifestyle here—tennis, days out on the boat, and spending time with good friends.
We host a few vacation rentals in the area and truly enjoy welcoming guests from all over. Whether you’re here for a relaxing getaway or something more adventurous, we’re always happy to share local tips and make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

It’s known for its beautiful neighborhoods, world-class equestrian events, and great access to nature—and it still has everything you need close by. After moving from Sweden, we fell in love with the laid-back Florida lifestyle, and Wellington just felt like home. It’s safe, welcoming, and a great place to enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s tennis, golfing or just relaxing in the sun.
