Prime 5BR Location Near Augusta National & Fort Gordon

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry that the home was not as clean as it should have been upon your arrival. The issues you mentioned from the oven and bathroom to the recliner, floors, and the spider web are not reflective of the standards we hold for our properties or the experience we want any guest to have. We’ve already addressed each concern with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Your feedback helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We also want to thank you for taking care of the property during your stay. We gave you a four‑star rating, and we appreciate the respect you showed our home. If you choose to stay with us again, we’d love the chance to provide the clean, comfortable experience you should always expect.
