The house is spacious, the property is clean and in a good location. The furnishings are extremely sparse, so is the kitchen . To our great disappointment none of the fireplaces worked and the propane on the grill was empty. We did not get any warnings about the fireplaces. The icemaker is not connected. The dishwasher is about to break and broke two glasses, which is probably why there were no wineglasses and only 5 drinking glasses. And no bowls whatsoever.

This is a very nice house but a few things that need attention. Fireplace did not work, coffee combo unit was in garage and not working. My wifes allergies were severe due to extremely clogged air filter and no replacements on site. The beds were very comfortable, the house is spacious but was really looking forward to fireplace. The air filter issue has been in every vrbo weve stayed in and seems to be overlooked . The ceiling fan in dining area is filthy but otherwise house seemed clean. We avoided using the fan and heater due to the dirt so it didnt flare up my wifes allergies. The living room furniture is not comfortable nor is it enough for larger parties. The location is only 9 minutes from main street cottonwood. Really wish vrbo would vet the listing accuracy and hosts would update listing and make sure filters are being changed and ceiling fans are clean along with rest of house. It was a nice stay despite the issues listed. The garage use was great especially for unloading during rain storm.

Quiet and peaceful residence. This property had all we needed for a restful vacation. Close to many other towns and attractions, we will book this property again.
