Located in North Ocean City, this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo is in a high-rise oceanfront building with Ocean and Bay Views. This building offers HEATED in-door and HEATED outdoor pools, saunas in both the women`s and men`s 2nd floor restrooms, tennis court, arcade game room and a ping pong table.

This is a (2) Bedroom (2) Full bath condominium at 107th ST. in an Oceanfront Building. It offers a side view of the Ocean and Bay.

This condo sleeps a maximum of (8) people.

PARKING:
Upon checking in at the front desk in the Lobby, you will be asked to pay a $75.00 `Resort Fee` which is charged by and payable to the management of The Quay.

(1) Parking space is included with this fee. A 2nd parking pass may be purchased on a pro-rated basis if available.

POOL: The Heated pool is open year-round unless maintenance is being performed. The HEATED outdoor pool is open Memorial Day thru October 1st. It may be opened sooner and stay open later depending upon the discretion of building management.

There may be times where building maintenance is performed which can be unexpected. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay.

This property does not allow Pets or Smoking of any kind.

****No rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25. There are no exceptions to this rule****

Size of Beds and the quantity of pillows are as follows:

Easy process and great condo. The kids had fun sleeping on the bunk beds. Overall, very clean space with an ample kitchen and a spacious living space. Owners are very friendly and helped us through the process. Great stay.

Great place, clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. Judi was a great host and really went out of her way to make sure the place has everything you need to enjoy a beach trip. We're look foward to staying her again!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. You can tell the owners care about the property and that you have a good time. The condo was very clean and larger than we expected. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely spend another vacation there.

This unit I have never stayed in before and it was a beautiful unit. By far the cleanest and prettiest unit I have ever stayed in at the Quay!!

The condo was stunning and super clean. The host was easy to work with and responsive with any questions. The little touches of details were so thoughtful. Located to shops, restaurants and amusement parks. Perfect spot for my family of 4. Will definitely be back!

Host was super responsive and kind. Unit is roomy and clean. Laundry in the unit was very helpful. The only disappointment was that the indoor pool was not clean nor heated, but that isn’t a reflection of the condo owner. I would stay here again if having an indoor pool isn’t a deal breaker.

This place was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and had linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. The Walmart was about 11 miles away to get groceries we needed. The beach is just a short walk out front. We all loved the outside pool. The staff there is very friendly. The lady we rented from kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.. My family had a wonderful time. Highly recommend

Fantastic Experience

I booked this stay to accommodate myself, my boyfriend, and our two 5-year-old girls. The entire experience from booking to checking out was by far the best I've had. After booking Judi reached out to discuss some questions she had regarding our stay. She offered me to save her number to allow for easy contact should we have any concerns. Previously, when staying in a condo at the Quay, we had to pick up the key fobs for the doors, at a different location prior to arriving. Judi had the fobs hanging in the room waiting for us. The condo was very warm and welcoming. It had a clean fresh feeling and was updated with modern amenities. Judi provided many things that helped to make our stay a bit better. There were toiletries as well as laundry care items which make things less stressful, especially when you forget something. When traveling with children, things often get left behind. I HIGHLY recommend staying in Judi's condo.
