Home was very clean and nicely updated with all the comforts of home. The home was very clean and the master bedroom and bath was huge and inviting! Double shower heads in the master bath and the MMS l bedroom opens into a huge closet with built ins, full length mirror dee and desk area. Great place to get ready for an evening out. There were 8 of us and beds to spare. Multiple bathrooms helped as well. Located near Lucas Oil Stadium was perfect for our event. Also walked a few miles through the local neighborhood. Just a street or so over is a historic district with beautiful homes and fountains. A coffee shop and eatery is walkable, less than a mile away with the friendliest staff. Owner was quick to respond and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an overall wonderful stay at this property. The home looked just like the photos and was very spacious for our family of seven. We never felt crowded and really appreciated having enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home had a cozy feel, and the fire pit was a nice bonus that we enjoyed. The hosts were also very friendly and thoughtful, providing us with a list of local restaurant recommendations, which we appreciated. There were a couple of things that kept this from being a perfect stay. The beds were not very comfortable. Some mattresses were so soft that you sank toward the middle, while others were extremely firm, making it feel like sleeping on concrete. By the end of the weekend, several of us woke up sore.We also noticed an unusual odor when we first arrived but couldn’t determine where it was coming from. On Saturday, we saw a mouse run through the kitchen, which helped explain the smell. I want to note that the home itself appeared clean, and I don’t believe the cleanliness was the issue. My guess is the odor may have been related to the mouse or rodent control measures being used. While I understand that mice can occasionally find their way into any home, especially depending on the location, it did make us a bit uneasy during our stay since we felt we needed to keep all of our food and belongings tightly sealed without knowing if there were more.Despite those issues, we still had a wonderful experience overall.

Directions to the property were very good. Upon arrival, the check-in was very smooth and the house was exaclty like the listing was posted. The house was very clean and for the size of the house and location to downtown Indy or other sites, it was priced well. This house can easily sleep 8 people. The beds were really comfortable, too. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to different questions we had before we arrived. All in all this is a great property!
