The house was so nice and clean. We were able to enjoy the hot tub even though there was snow on the ground. The game room was lovely! The number of rooms and bathrooms worked out great. I loved the mud room with the coat racks and cubbies for your shoes. Helps keep things organized! We would love to stay here in the summer months to enjoy the other amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 10 for National Volleyball Championships. The house was a short Uber to LOS and Convention center (definitely too far of a walk in the weather). The girls really enjoyed having the bunk room in the basement although it was always very cold. (Also, the beds are twin over full, not twin over queen as it states in the listing). The living room/main floor stayed a comfortable temperature and fit us well for movies/meals. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs were a good size but the top floor of the house was always really warm. Also, you can hear the train passing at 6am. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, cups and utensils. However, no griddle, no large pot to boil water, no large pan to cook meat etc. Also, only one roll of paper towels was provided, and when asked where the surplus was kept, we were told they are not provided. Also, no cleaning spray to wipe down counters after preparing meals, and no laundry detergent provided either. Overall it was a perfect house for our needs. We would gladly stay again!
