With 5 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queen, and 2 full beds. Each bedroom has a self-inflate/deflate twin air mattress for young children/adults. This property offers a wonderful space for all activities. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for your convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Austin.

Fantastic location near COTA with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and modern appliances. Excellent choice for those looking to stay near the race track while also enjoying peaceful evenings at a fantastic property. Host was responsive to questions and provided sufficient towels and toiletries for our stay. We were very happy and hope to find this property available next time we come to COTA for a race weekend.

Had my 30th birthday here! It fit all of my guests comfortably. Host was very fast to answer and accommodate all of my requests that they could. Rooms and house were nice and tidy, and the house had everything we needed!

Great House in a Quiet Neighborhood

The house was perfect for our family's visit to Austin. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and great bathrooms/showers. Just be sure to bring food with you. There is no close Walmart, HEB, or takeout around the area.

Family Thanksgiving

My family traveled from New Mexico to celebrate Thanksgiving with family in Austin. The house is beautiful and plenty of space. The extra air up mattresses were very useful for sleep overs. We were very happy with the house and highly recommend.

Good stay overall—the house was clean and comfortable. I do wish there had been a couple of complimentary water bottles and some guidance on where to buy groceries. The area feels a bit isolated, and we couldn’t find any major grocery stores nearby. Since we drove in from Houston and were busy preparing for a wedding while juggling family responsibilities, we didn’t have much time to explore the area on our own.

Quality Family Time

5 bedroom setup was perfect. Dining table with seating for 8 essential for meals and games. Very close to COTA. If Nascar comes back in 2026, so will we!

Spacious family home

Very nice home with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Had a coffeemaker, AC, Bathroom supplies, and a laundry room with detergent, all the things travelers need. Jingbo was very helpful and made sure we had all the supplies we needed. Some of the neighbors like music at night, but we were able to get to sleep. We would recommend this for a large family traveling.

Spacious Stay

Communication with host was quick and easy they were very responsive to everything. The house was big and very spacious no complaints. House auto lock and pin lock needs to be fixed so that it can be locked easily when leaving. And cleanliness of the walls was questionable. Also couch that was there was broken, I’m assuming from previous guest. But other than that it was a very nice comfortable stay.

Thanks Carlos for your generous and detailed review. I apologize for the inconvenience that the house wasn’t in great condition due to the damage of previous guests. We tried to clean the walls however it was hard to remove the stains in 5 hours between stays. We just ordered a paint job to repaint the dirty walls as well as fix the locks. Thanks again for understanding!

Jahpri’s group refused to leave after check out time. Cleaning crew was waiting outside for over an hour. After their stay, we had to repaint the walls in the living room, replaced vacuum and fixed a door to the backyard. It wasn’t a pleasant experience with Jahpri’s group.
