The beautiful kitchen features designer cabinets, quartz countertops, and a stunning backsplash mural behind the stove. The oversized island doubles as a casual dining table, while the bar area and built-in breakfast booth are perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails.

Step outside to your private resort-like oasis with decks overlooking the vast property, ensuring no neighbors in sight. The custom stone outdoor fireplace and large seating area complement the recently remodeled pool and spa, adorned with iridescent abalone shell and blue-green elements. The programmable pool/spa heater allows you to set your ideal temperature with 48 hours' notice.

The main level includes a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a laundry room, and a three-car garage. Upstairs, a huge family room is perfect for movie nights. The primary suite features a vestibule entry, seating area with a fireplace, and expansive windows overlooking the lush forest. Kitchen:

Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are provided (at times, some condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well).



House Supplies:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.



Guest access

During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fishing at Lake Arrowhead is available with the following requirements:

• Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, and guest passes are required. Along with assigned agreement from ALA.

• Passes must be picked up at the Lake Clubhouse Association, Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM. No holidays.

• The cost is $50 per guest pass.

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you plan to fish so we can coordinate properly.

• Each guest must have a valid California fishing license.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: After 4 PM local time

Check-out: No later than 10 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee, based on availability. Please contact us for more details.

Do you have a pool and spa?

Yes, this home features a private pool and spa! Heating is available for an additional charge of $25 for the spa and $75 for the pool per day. Heating requests must be made 72 hours in advance. Please note that pool and spa availability is weather-dependent and may not be year-round.

Do you allow pets?

Our rentals are pet-friendly! Up to two pets are allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Pets are not permitted in the pool/spa, and we kindly ask guests to clean up after their pets.

Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?

No, all our vacation homes have keyless locks. You’ll receive a unique code prior to check-in for easy access.

What is provided with my accommodations?

Our rentals are fully furnished with linens, bath and pool towels, and stocked kitchens. We provide a starter supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are equipped with laundry soap. Note that we do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, or pool floaties.

Can I ship a package to my vacation home?

We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home, as we cannot guarantee their safety upon delivery. Please contact us if shipping needs arise.

Do your homes have outdoor music systems?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We suggest bringing your own small Bluetooth speaker. Outside music is not allowed past 8 PM. A fine of $750 will be assessed for loud music after 8pm.

Will WiFi and cable TV be available?

Yes! All our rentals are equipped with smart TVs and high-speed WiFi.

Should I be worried about pests?

Being in the mountains, local pests may be present. To keep the home pest-free, please keep all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed and clean up outdoor trash.

Parking

*All vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway only.

*No street parking is allowed.

*Vehicles parked on the street are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

*Street parking may result in fines of up to $5,000



Trash & Waste Disposal

*If you anticipate generating a large amount of trash, please bring additional trash bags, as our cleaners provide only a limited starter supply.

*All trash must be placed only in the trash cans located on the side of the home, next to the garage, behind the gate.

*Do not leave trash in the front of the property, driveway, or on the street. Local regulations prohibit short-term guests from placing trash in the front of the property.

*Trash left in prohibited areas may result in fines of up to $5,000, which will be the responsibility of the guest.

Additional Notes:



Video cameras are installed at the front door entrance, driveway, backyard, and pool area for security purposes. Your host will not be on the property but is available for any needs during your stay.

Liability Waiver:

You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and exercise equipment. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
