Approximately a mile from the water, Beachy Breeze is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and stunning sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district that includes free use of an electronic golf cart to explore the area!

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

Beachy Breeze is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway and week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Beachy Breeze features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and SmartTV, with an attached bathroom.

There are two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and SmartTVs.  

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

There is a fully fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends. The patio also provides outdoor seating with a table and a charcoal grill.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

While at Beachy Breeze, you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

My husband, sister and I had a great 3 night stay and definitely recommend this property. Chris, our host, was always very responsive to our questions, check in was seamless, the property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Though we only used it twice, we loved having use of the golf cart - it's a great, fun way to get around Ocean Springs!There were only 2 things that were less than perfect with our stay. We had an issue getting the temperature in the house right. There is a Nest thermostat and we have never used one of those before. I'm sure younger guests would have no issue at all but despite Chris sending us a YouTube link showing how to adjust it, we never really figured it out properly (but we were quite comfortable most of the time). The 2nd issue was the lack of hangers in each bedroom!We were in town for an event so had nice clothes to hang up and couldn't - only one per room when we arrived. We added a few and it really wasn't a big deal but I suggest they re-stock with extras for future guests!We would definitely go back to Beachy Breeze and recommend Chris as an excellent host.

This was an amazing space. It was clean and sufficient with everything we needed! Having the golf cart access to move around locally was the cherry on top for my children. The host was kind and communicated quickly. I would def recommend and come again!

This was one of the best supplied rentals we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. It has been updated with nice floors and paint colors. The kitchen and bathrooms were also very nice. It was roomy and a good location, easy to access. We would recommend.

House located in nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown, beach, dog park, and dog-friendly nature trails. Our dog really enjoyed exploring the fenced back yard and meeting the other dogs in the neighborhood. We enjoyed using the golf cart to explore the downtown area making it easier to find parking spaces. Good communications from the host.

Our stay was wonderful. Easy check in, great location, very clean and as described. The golf cart was a plus for going to the beach. The home is in close proximity to all the downtown shops, bars, eateries. Great host communication.

Fun stay for a wedding

The house,the neighborhood, the pet friendly yard was just what were searching for our wedding staycation. It truly felt like home and the layout was just perfect for the food prep that we needed. Everyone loved the golf cart and the opportunity to cruise, shop, and dine in Ocean Springs. You can hop on the golf cart and in a short ride you have every thing you could need. We are already planning our next stay. Our host communicated with us in a timely manner and answered every question we had.

Great stay

Great location, house was very clean, excellent communication with host!! Exactly what we were looking for in Ocean Springs. It will be our new meeting spot for my daughter and I, it’s 1/2 way from Georgia and Texas, makes it easier on my 3 year old granddaughter to break up the 12 hour drive!! Loved the golf cart, it made exploring the charming town, beach and parks so much fun!!

Summer Vacation 1st Leg Towards Emerald Coast

Pros: This is the first time we have stayed in Ocean Springs. One of my brothers came home to surprise me. So, we invited him to come as well. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors friendly. Kitchen: The kitchen is wonderful. We LOVE to cook. It is our tradition to make menus and order groceries. After dinner, we normally play games. There was ample cookware to prepare meals, serving bowls. Laundry room big enough to wash, dry, and fold your clothes. Golf cart is a . Cons: The homes or condos my family gravitates towards must have usable outdoor space. Although there was a backyard, we couldn’t enjoy it. After check in, we received several messages about the area, the house. We were told that it was termite swarm season. This is not the owner's fault. However, I wish we had known beforehand. My grandson just started running and screaming. My brother was outside with them. I bolted outside. Those termites were on his arms and legs. We were told after check-in to keep the inside lights off as much as possible. The lighting would attract the termites. That was a bummer. There weren’t any beach towels, beach toys (that we could find). My husband/granddaughter would not sit at the kitchen table. They both didn’t like how the chairs just slid all over the place. My husband underwent two hip replacement surgeries. He was careful. We decided our cons had to be mentioned.

Comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay in this 3 BR 2 BA home with well stocked kitchen and huge fenced in backyard. The check-in and out was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and residential in the heart of Ocean Springs.

Wonderful home for the holidays

The home was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and once we figured out how to use the smart thermostat, we were comfortable too. Due to inclement weather, we only took the golf cart out once, but enjoyed our short trip on it. The fenced in back yard made it effortless to have our dog with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoying Breezy Beach

The perfect home for four of us to stay in.Close to downtown Ocean Springs for us to enjoy the Peter Anderson Arts and Crafts festival. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Comfortable & great location!

We rented this property to spend our wedding anniversary weekend in Ocean Springs. We love Ocean Springs and always enjoy our time here. The location is great…just a short golf cart ride to downtown restaurants & shopping as well as to the beach. The house is very clean and comfortable. There was just the two of us but it would be perfect for a family with children. The property manager, Chris, was available for any questions we had, although we didn’t need anything once we arrived. The house was stocked and ready for us. Will definitely rent again!

Clean and very comfortable home

We really enjoyed the stay. The house was really clean and well furnished in a quiet area 5 minutes from downtown O.S. You can tell the house was recently updated as everything was nice and new. I'll stay there again. Perfect place for our short stay.
